Rather than wait a full week (or 2 weeks for that matter) why not just shoot and email that says “hey, I can’t help you with your specific scenario but I can help you with x,y,z.” Instead you wait all that time just to call me and tell me you cannot help. Then the whole time you were mumbling; not cause of any technical difficulties but because you just were not interested at all with me. It was very apparent and rather rude. In fact, your reply to this 2-star review had MORE energy and ambition than our whole conversation.You were helpful in giving me other avenues to look into. One of them had horrific reviews and horrible stories of clients being abandon by their attorney. The other two were ones that were found just by googling my specific concern. Which I’m sure you were doing on the call since you were looking up other stuff on the internet during our conversation. May have explained the lack of conversation.So that’s the review. Peter came down to the lobby, greeted me, and took me up to his office (something that hadn’t been done before). We started discussion and his first question was tell me about yourself? Peter showed interest in me as a human being and wanted to know about me, my family, and my life experience. As we discussed what brought me to the decision of bankruptcy Peter was supportive and very informative. He gave me full transparency of the process including what chapter I would qualify for based on a pre-evaluation of my finances.I hired Peter to represent me in my bankruptcy case because he wasnt transactional and cared about me as a person. As we prepared my case there was a mound of paperwork to be filed. I was a bit overwhelmed from time to time and had a lot of questions, but Peter was there every step of the way. If there was a question I had about paperwork a simple email to Peter and it was answered within 24-48 hours.What I liked most about working with Peter is that when it came to the fees and expenses to hire him, it was all inclusive. What I mean is that I had to a pay one sum of money and everything that I needed to get through my Chapter 7 was taken care of. In addition, I had his knowledge and support. On the day of my 341 meeting, Peter represented me, went over the process, questions that may be asked, and went over my questions that I had. After the meeting, Peter took care of filing my paperwork as part of his services and I was able to move forward with my day.After the filing of my paperwork Peter kept me updated on my case. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! He gave me a timeframe of when I could expect to hear a decision on my case and he was there to answer any questions I had about my case, calls from creditors, or any other concerns. Sometime (a few months) after my 341 meeting I received an email from Peter congratulating me on the discharge of my bankruptcy. He then provided me with steps and instructions on what to do next. Peter then emailed me when my case was officially closed and explained what that meant.I’d recommend Peter Mullison to anyone who needs assistance in the bankruptcy process. He not only is hospitable but experienced. He gives you direct feedback and answers questions with full transparency. Peter was so incredibly helpful and informative during the entire bankruptcy process. I did some research on my own before even sitting down with Peter and the knowledge and information he shared with my wife and I was so helpful and made a very stressful time in our lives much less stressful than it could have been. Its not an easy thing to file for bankruptcy, anxiety, stress, pride, social pressure and an overwhelming amount of paperwork( youll kill a small forest filling it all out). Lets not forget the fact that you have no money and are getting hounded by debt collectors. I dont understand how many times I have to call to even have them help me with Bankrupcy. I had a consultation a while back. Ive made my decision to move forward with my case, I did go to a different law firm and got screwed over! Now Ive been trying so hard to get a hold of Peter. His assistant after many calls had said yes, he has your information and will call you back. Well I guess not every client is important enough for him.(Weeks later after reading your response)No, it is not a misunderstanding with a different law firm. The number I called was your office number. Its funny you say youve responded to everyone that called your office. Not true. Thanks but no thanks. I found a much more professional and efficient office to work with. I tired more than three times obviously every client isnt important.
