A woman called to try and address the initial issue below, and this meant a lot. No one wants to receive a poor review, especially when the cause of the business is a good one. I still know nothing about this company, but it is paramount to speak to others with kindness. Thankfully, with character building being a high priority in my life, because of the kind gesture of the 2nd woman, I am revisiting this review. My thanks to the woman for the follow-up call. Because of her responsive kindness, blessings to this business.________Initial review ...I have never heard of a Barnwater Cats Rescue, yet on 12/7/2020 an unrecognized charge was posted to my credit card account. I called the credit card company, who told me the charge was by Barnwater Cats Rescue in the amount of $47.29. The credit card company said i should first call to see whether or not the issue could be resolved with a refund, stating it may have been a mistake. When I called, a rude woman answered and continued to cut me off in a chastising tone, not allowing me to communicate the issue. If you have had an issue similar to this, call out Barnwater Cat Rescue.

The lady who posted the negative review was the victim of a scam. Barnwater Cats is strictly a cash/check only tax-exempt business without the capability of accepting any credit/debit card payments.
