Even when the outcome of my visit wasnt what I was hoping for I was treated with respect and with the highest level of professionalism
Theyre a Workforce but yet are keeping me from working. Im going on 3 weeks now, I cant work because they are taking a long time to transfer my account. I was on the phone and then the lady just hung up on me.
Ive had some very helpful people here, some of the other experiences in the past I wont talk about being so long ago but a few weeks ago I had help from a very helpful young man Lamario and a lady named Linda I believe it was on a separate visit. This week however they were not there clearly and I had to experience staff that are obviously VERY unprofessional unfortunately. I have a link they mailed me to do a zoom webinar scheduled at 9am-12 required for food stamps that does not work. I typed it in exactly as it is written, Im logged into zoom, the link does not work. I call and try to get help at 8am, they open at 8am.. No answer, I leave a voicemail that constantly gets cut off after literally speaking for 8 seconds or so, not at all enough time to leave my information or explain anything. I call the other line going to staff voicemail and leave a message, this one actually allows you to speak and leave your contact info. No calls back, I call Leah Jackson whom the letter says to contact if youre unable to make the meeting, no answer. No one calls me back either. I drive there fast making it about 9:28 am and the staff at the front desk is standing around chatting NOT CALLING ANYONE BACK whatever reprobate makes the decision will not allow me to go into the class that has barely started knowing the link was unusable as I stated and says I will have to reschedule. If I have to deal with unprofessional petty behavior like this it isnt worth it to get food stamps, Id legitimately rather go hungry. Besides Linda and Lamario this place seems to be as putrid as TWC
Very helpful an professional. Staff practice saftey rules of covid 19 also!
They were really nice and helpful I was very glad I came by the office was clean. They put me on the right track
Thanks they are very patience and willing to help.
This was a Good place to start and Get yourself Verified.Just Bring your Drivers License and Other Documents to Prove who your are.
Great service, they really helped me.
Need a job? Need help with child support? Need help making ends meet? Need employees? William and Ana Norman, Kathleen Bishop are the greatest three workers ever to come through Workforce. Stop on in and check them out! Great place for Veterans!
I am Thankful that I signed up 2 1/2 years ago! The Services they provide helped me to get back on my feet-to stay!
Good service and the young lady sitting at front desk, did extra, took some great initiative and helped me out with finalizing my paperwork / computer info
Always an efficient and effective tool in my quest for reemployment. Veteran friendly is icing on the cake! ✌️

Kind and more than helpful
Great help!
Due to COVID-19 this office is closed until further notice. It shows that is open so I went all the way over there to find out its closed, so dont waist your time and gas going to this location for now.
Sherlean was amazing
They were closed,,,called and got bad/wrong advise,,,,this place needs to do more for people trying to get unemployment,,,all this place is,, one big placement service drawing money from unemployment agencie,,, a person finds a new job,,,they get what is left over from your unemployment account,
The people are very helpful and professional. They greet you with a smile. Theyre very helpful. If you have any questions theyre happy to help you with anything that you need with a smile. Also, they have classes you can take on job search and other tools that are helpful in finding a job. Also, they get excited if you find a job by ringing a bell.
You will NEVER get someone to answer. We were given 3 numbers to call, after 3 days NONE had returned our call. This what we’ve dealt with the two years we’ve had CCMS. If you don’t answer their call, your basically screwed. They never answer calls, emails, anything. Then you get in trouble for not having sent stuff in or provided the required documents because THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO YOU.Insane.
If you have been out of the work force for many years or have been fired/layed off from a job the you have been at for decades then this is the place to be. Free training to learn how to write an resume. Free training on interviewing skills. Free training in many other things. You just have to put in the work.
Dark in scary place to go when you are looking for work, the employees are NOT engaged at all.
Can never reach anyone. Calls are not returned and can not get consistent information necessary. Child care caseworkers do not answer phones, do not respond to voicemails or emails and lose vital information sent by fax and then cut your child care because of their carelessness.
We care about our community and not having a job can be stressful enough. TWS is a great part of Denton providing jobs and being of service to those who are unemployed. God bless and Thank you for all you do here#
Absolutely never answer the phone, cant get ahold of my caseworker not to mention she seems to never have record of anything we talk about and I end up screwed over
They NEVER answer the phone in the Denton office, have had to call and email Bill Turner several times to even have his employees return phone calls. Its very frustrating when you do what they ask and they do nothing in return. My daughter in law has been calling their office everyday since July 27th to check up on a form that she faxed in.
Helpful people here.
Overall, they really do give a hoot about helping. They have been unemployed too, so they know what it is like.
Child care line Goes to voicemail every time. And if they do answer then theyll just transfer you to a person who is not there. They dont return your calls on voicemail .
Great resource for finding work
Nice
No one ever answers the phone and they wont call you back until a week or so later.
If I could give it no stars I would they never answer the phones when they call you back they call right at 755 am right when Im going in to work and if you miss the call thats it you can never get a hold of them
Actually was at United Way
Saved my sanity when I had no where else to go for help
I was trying to get assistance with my resume and they were very dismissive.i will not go back unless required.
Not effective
