Both Rosa and Jenni are great. Got me an assignment that has worked out well thus far. Very prompt and responsive. And Im glad that they drug-test because it eliminates a lot of the competition.

Great and friendly

They are very unprofessional. They expect you to drive to there office to multiple times for one job. They lady who answers the phone is very rude. You mention there process could be better they get upset. Why would you have to drive there for a drug test. A couple days later come back for just a questionnaire. And then do a interview with the company and still possibly not get the job. They are the worst place to go through and they pay you pennies on the dollar. Horrible place

Each and every time that I visited Pronto Staffing asking for employment..I walked out with encouragements​,hope and the understanding that every job is not mine to fulfill. The work that Ive accepted helped me to reach my immediate financial goals. I continue to work with them because they continue to maintain their consistency with call backs and job offers. Crystal is unprofessional I would fire her in a heart beat, after being rude to on the phone I told her I wasn’t able to return my hard hat that day when she told me I could do it either Monday or Tuesday, I called and said I wouldnt be able to that Monday and she said “that’s okay we are doing pay roll at this time and I will just take it out of your check.” Out of all the staffing agencies in Denton I wouldn’t even bother with this unprofessional office. Find somewhere else too look for jobs.

Pronto Staffing has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone actually showed genuine interest in helping me obtain work. I have had a couple of issues that upon being notified Pronto kicked it in overdrive to rectify the situation. These issues were not the fault of the Pronto staff. I highly recommend them for temporary and potentially permanent positions. I will also say this, as a temp I have seen first hand the work ethics and behaviors of many temps. Reading some of the reviews makes me question the honesty of those writing because I have worked with 2 pronto offices and have never been treated less than courteous.

There are several staffing agencies in Denton so I suggest you use one of the other ones. The people running this business are unprofessional and unethical in their business practices. I have personally sat in the waiting area and watched the guy I was told is in charge of everyone and everything there speak to a co-worker in a way the I personally would not allow another person to speak to me. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. I almost wrote a review then but decided simply walking out and taking my business elsewhere was all the action that was needed. But now I have learned from a friend who is employed through them that they recently cancelled everyones insurance without telling them and continued to take the premiums out of their weekly paychecks. They had NO INTENTIONS of telling any of the employees who signed up for insurance either. The way my friend found out was by going to the doctor and being told by them that her insurance had been cancelled. When she called pronto that told her to call the insurance carrier. So, she did, and was told that pronto failed to pay their bill so the insurance was terminated. Pronto is NOT giving employees who were paying them for insurance any reimbursement either. Where did that money go? In thier pocket. When my friend first accepted an assignment she also was not paid correctly and then only reason that was resolved AGAIN was because she called and complained. That is just too much so I had to write a review. We have also both watched them treat people differently so dont hope to get placed unless somewhere running that place likes you.

Pronto Staffing helped me find a job within days of applying. Now I am working full time with the company they set me up with as a temp. I would definitely recommend using Pronto Staffing in your job search.

Do not waste your time with this very unprofessional office. The recruiter I spoke with is extremely rude and always covering her own behind. I had an interview set up to go into the office for HR opportunities however 2 hours prior I received a call cancelling the appt because the position was filled by someone else. Filling positions is their job but we all know another opportunity will come along soon and speed to market is the name of the game so if you dont have people on your bench theyll never fill a position. However, the very next day I received a text for an open position from Pronto. So basically, why tell me to not come in for an interview because theres no positions but reach out the very next morning for an open position? These people are a waste of time and energy.

They never have any jobs, I call multiple times a week trying to see if they have finally found a job to put me in, and every week I get the same answer we dont have anything.Ive never heard of an agency that didnt have some type of job they could place you into, this place really needs to step up their game because theyre by far one of the worst agencies Ive ever gone through.

Pronto Staffing is a JOKE!!! I worked for the company 1 day. I was assigned to work at Morrison Milling Company. Had a good day. I happen to LOVE manuel labor, hard work is apart of my nature. After the shift (4 hours@ $9), the H.R. lady asked me to come back the next day @ 8am. I come back the next day, on time and I was told I was not needed today. After I walked home in boots the Pronto Staffing gave me and charged me $40...I received a phone call from Pronto staff member asking why didnt I check in. The lady had a very bad attitude then informed me that. I was needed at Morrison Milling. I explained that I just left there a little over a hour ago, because I was sent home. The young lady had no respect for me at all and wanted to know was I going back up there or not!!! I told her no...Im not going back. I continued to check in, but I started to find other jobs with other companies. These people lost money in our venture, because I worked 4 hrs at rate of $9. Uncle Sam got his money and I signed up for Healthcare which equaled another $25. They made nothing on the deal and let their personal feelings prevent them from breaking even. If I owned this company...I would retrain, then fire and rehire. You are here to provide a service to individuals that are looking for jobs and the companies that need employees. Plus, I happened to leave my diploma and resumes in their office...they threw someone who worked there threw my things away. Worst experience EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE if you are not willing to jump through hoops like a CIRCUS ANIMAL!!!

Called in 2 days on some side jobs cauae they said they a position for me paying $14...i pass drug test and then told the interview wont be till the next day but never happend...i call and ask about it they cant even tell me anything...then the next day after call off another day they tell me its filled...they dont call me 1 time if i wanted answers i had to call them instead of them professionally contacting me...very inconsiderate and unprofessional and really hurt my pride alil...

When you enter or call you encounter a total ass that asks you questions when you have stated that you want to meet/talk to a specific individual.Would NOT consider doing business with this establishment as long as this asswipe represents their business.

Every since the staff changed over about 5 months ago they have extreme difficulties figuring out who is available for work, and who is not. I have called repeatedly, and checked in repeatedly on 2 occasions now only to find out that I was never in there system. Last time Ill work with this company.

I can get over them being 20 min late to an interview they called me for, but dont tell me the kooshy office job was filled yesterday and offer me some warehouse b*****t
