I’ve most definitely never been so disappointed when getting my hair cut. I’ve gotten it cut at other SmartStyle locations in the past but will NEVER again. This cut was done on 12.22.19 at around 4 PM & there was only one person working. Unfortunately, once she started and I noticed how sloppy she was cutting, I should have asked her to just stop but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. This is her career not mine, after all.

Yolanda cut and colored my hair and it looks amazing

Came in to get my hair color women said she knew what she was doing didnt color my roots and left it really patchy when I washed it for the first time 1 day later all the color came out either they use cheap dye or dont know what they are doing be careful

Daisy saved my hair! Literally! I have had stylist after stylist destroy my hair! I was terrified at first but she is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back to her! I finally have layers that you cant see individually, my hair looks healthy and awesome! She took the time to understand my hair before just chopping at it! Im very impressed and such an amazing difference from every other experience!

I cannot believe how AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL my hair is!! I told Daisy I needed to be Corporate interview ready and she got me right in! My hair was down to panty line and she cut a few inches below the shoulders and colored it a beautiful medium copper blonde. I could not be more happy with her masterful skills and actually LISTENING! Thank you dear Daisy!

I wanted to get my hair cut and it was about 6:20 pm when I called to see if this salon could take me. The girl on the phone said yes as long as I got there by 7:30 pm since they close at 8 pm. I arrived about 6:45 pm and was asked to wait since they were working on other customers and had one ahead of me. I agreed to wait. At 7:45 pm one stylist finished her customer, got her stuff and walked out without a word to me or the other stylist. The stylist that was left profusely apologized and said she would not be able to do my hair because they have to close promptly at 8 pm. I had waited an hour. I will not be back to this salon, EVER! I normally do not post reviews but this behavior was out of line. Common courtesy could have been given.

Amazing place! My daughter wanted to donate to Locks of Love, but the manager brought over some information to us about the different donations you can give to, which made us choose an actual non-profit organization to donate to. The stylist made my daughter feel amazing and proud about how short her hair was after being cut!

Only one person was working and she messed up my wifes haircut badly, and even after she tried to fix it it was sub par but we were done giving them chances. Below photo was the first try

My daughter is a student at UNT and recently had shoulder surgery. Shes in a sling on her dominant arm and thought it would be easier to let the salon shampoo and dry her hair. Sign says 6.00 for shampoo and blow dry not listed.Total charged to us was $31.00. No cut and Hair still very damp and slightly tangled. It took the stylist all of about 10 minutes.

I had an appointment at 2:15 Showed up at 2:10 to get a trim when I arrived there was only one staff member she was just finishing up and told me I would be next and another customer showed up they took the other customers over me I waited for OVER 2 hours being very extremely patient this place is horrible the worst the stylist did not even attempt conversation with me the worst service I have EVER experienced never EVER go here it was my first and LAST time coming to this place will NEVER recommend it to anyone

I had a really nice experience the first time I went about six months ago. But I went in today with my dad. Everyone was working with a client so we sat down. We were looked at many times by the workers. Finally one of the ladies finished with her client and decided to work with someone that had quite literally just walked in, not a single word was said to us. Im very disappointed with how me and my father were treated. I dont believe we will go here again...

Horrible place. Id give less than a star. I went in and asked them if they could do something very specific. Both stylist said yes. They processed my hair 4 times. Then colored over the whole thing which was not at all what I wanted. But I trusted them to do right. When I noticed they had started to put color over a part that was suppose to not be colored the girl says oops and continues. When she rinsed it out it was fire engine red and not even close to the brown and white embre that I asked for. When I told her I was unhappy she quit doing my hair right then. Leaving me with half a hair cut and then started to argue that she did what I wanted. So I got up to leave and the stylist said she wouldnt charge me since it was so bad. The manager said that since she did spend 5 hours on it she had to charge me. She did the work. It took 3 calls and a photo shoot with the district manager but I got every dollar back. 220 dollars for a complete botched hair DP is insanity. And they cant tell brown from red they need a new career.

Ladies there are very nice. Very great customer service. Prices up there. Would tip tge ladies more if prices were decent. Better service from them.ty.

Update... the stylist did fix my hair. I think we were both having an off day. I did have to pay for the correction but atleast it was fixed. I will return.

I seen two woman harassing another woman all stylist and no one did anything about it. Two of them were saying hateful things and spining the other one around in her chair as she constantly asked them to stop. What kind of company lets their stylist treat other stylist this way! It was digsuting to watch! I feel for the young stylist that had to deal with that!

So happy!! I have wanted this cut for so long, and I finally got it!! yay!! i will be back!
