First time to buy a vehicle here so didnt know what to expect. I brought my truck in for regular oil change for first time and the experience was great. The waiting area is big and nice. Complimentary coffees and snacks or food to purchase. They were fast, friendly, and professional.

I’ve had an issue for eight years and I have called them and they have never responded to my concerns. All they care about is the sale they can get out of you and after that you will be on your own with whatever issues your vehicle has.

I always use Toyota of Denton for all my cars servicing, but a few Saturdays ago I went to drop off my wife’s car and I was treated very poorly, the person that was there was very rude and had a bad attitude. The person name was Sara I believe, I asked her if my truck was do for an oil change since the light came on and she answered very rude, I Usually deal with Carlos which he is awesome he has a great attitude and very helpful, but unfortunately he was off that day. I will consider taking my vehicles back but no sure I might just look for another place.

I noticed that no service members were wearing masks, so I called Tim, the service manager. He was very rude and claimed theres no real proof that masks protect others from catching COVID. He said either side could be right (it might protect, it might not), but he could not answer why he is not erring on the side of caution. I am never coming back here again.
