The owner Bryan is very honest and does great work. I trust him with my SUV and have take my vehicles to him for years. He even texts you if you need something. Cant recommend his place enough.

Bryan is amazing. I have been emailing back and forth with Bryan over the concerns I had with my 2016 Jeep Compass. I took it in and he checked the fluid and ran a check on the car. Let me save you the trouble-- just come here. I am really picky with mechanics, and it took some searching and calling around the greater area to find such a good mechanic.(Honestly, my theory is that college kids dont yet understand that they need to find a local small business mechanic and not go to all the chains we have in Denton).Bryan is courteous, prompt, and knows more than you. Top notch and honest place right here! 5+ star!!!!Iv got many things done to my car here! The last thing I had done was a front driver side bearing. They fixed it, but the humming was still there, They thought maybe it was the passenger side. They took it all apart and come to find out the manufacture sent a faulty part. they refunded it, put the new one on. And was like brand new. These guys are very honest stand up men!!!

My Lexus SUV would not start and I was stranded in Denton. Had no clue how I was going to get home to Frisco. Made a call to Duffy’s automotive and talk to Bryan. I explained what was going on and he instantly walked me through several troubleshooting tips to try and start it. No luck :( He insisted On heading over to where I was try and help me out. He arrived pretty swiftly! After checking it out. Turns out my battery was on it’s last leg. He recommended I head over to get a new battery immediately. I was sure glad to know it wasn’t going to be anything too expensive to fix!! Thanks to Bryan taking the time out of his busy day to help me out. I was up and running in no time :) I am very glad I made the call to Duffy automotive and spoke with Bryan. I will definitely be returning here in the future for all my car maintenance concerns :)

Brian has taken excellent care of our cars for over 10 years. Hes kept a 15 year old car running reliably, as well as completed routine maintenance on all our vehicles since they were new. I highly recommend Duffys for any kind or level of auto service or repair.

Friendly staff and fast service. My check engine light was on and A/C wouldnt work. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the new thermostat ordered and installed to fix both issues within a few hours. It even ended up being cheaper than the original quote. I would recommend to Duffys to anyone.

Good auto repair people are hard to find. When you find a good one you latch on to them. Ive been going to Duffys for around 5 years now since they were at the old location. Brian at Duffys is always very nice and helpful and gets the job done right. I only trust my car to Brian and the team at Duffys.

They did excellent work, I knew what the problem was when I dropped my truck off and they were honest about everything and didnt try to add more issues. I recommend these guys to anyone, Brian is a man of his word and as good a mechanic as they come. Had what I needed done within 24 hours.

Great guy very great work

I thought my RAV4 had a suspension issue when I brought it in to Duffys. Bryan was very considerate and got looked at it immediately. He even went out of his way to drive it around with me to see if we could hear the problem together. All this and he didnt even charge me because he couldnt find a problem! Would highly recommend and will be taking my car to his shop in the future.

Been other places, but this is the best they can generally diagnose over the phone. They know cars and that is what you want, fair price, friendly and fast.

Yesterday I went to get the car inspected at Duffys and the tech pointed out that my third brake light was out. He found the bulb for it and I passed the inspection! Good goin Duffys! Ill be back next year and tell people about you!

I took my car first to a “Liffy Jube” first and they said it would be 1k$ to fix my car and do an inspection. I checked reviews online and found this place. I took it in an he told me it would be half of that to fix my old ‘99 Maxima and my car has never run better. This place is the real deal; they’re honest, friendly, and quick. I’d highly recommend this shop.

We recently moved to Denton from Washington state, my AC went out in my car that was supposed to be fixed from the mechanic in Washington. I brought it to Duffys and the service here is awesome, they informed me what was wrong with my car, via text, which is awesome. They ordered my parts on a Friday, after I gave the OK and my car was done on Monday afternoon. When I picked up my car, they showed me all the parts they replaced, unlike the other mechanics. I knew what was replaced as I was going to do this job myself so they are really honest.I will continue to use them as my go to mechanics for my cars, I plan on taking my car back to them to replace my valve cover gasket on my car. These guys rock!

AMAZING SERVICE! I called around different places looking for a mechanic, and Duffys (I spoke to Bryan on the phone) was the only place who did his best over the phone to help me. After we decided to make an appointment, I dropped my car off and it was in and out by the end of the day. I went to Duffy’s yesterday to drop off my car because it was making a weird noise when I’d accelerate. This noise started happening after I got my oil changed at Kwik Kar and I even took it back there for them to look at it again. They said everything was in place from the oil change and I needed to change my transmission fluid. My car was completely fine before this service so I wanted to get a second opinion. Bryan took it for a test drive before I could leave and told me to wait because he thinks it could be an easy fix. He was back within minutes and popped my hood and showed me where Kwik Kar forgot to tighten my air filter back! He tightened it and it fixed the problem. Thank god for an honest mechanic like Bryan! We will never go anywhere else again.

Made the 6 hour trek from Houston to Denton to visit our daughter. Long story short, the truck decided that was a good time to fall to pieces. The back end had blown out...something about rotors and drive shafts...whatever. Anyway, I found Duffys on yelp and as the other reviewers noted, Duffys is great! They guys were really helpful. They diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the parts and fixed us up. We had to stay an extra night in Denton, but hey....another day to hang out and it was worth it b/c we really felt like the guys at Duffys knew what they were doing. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Duffys! I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of car repair.

Bryan is always so down to earth and just a nice guy. A had a friend recommend this place for an oil change one time; awesome job. Went here for an inspection, theyre super quick and not overly picky. Will choose this local business for all my car needs from here on out(much better than Kwik Kar and Walmart!).
