Andrew was a joy to deal with from start to finish during the process of having my car repaired after I got in an accident in the rain. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before, and Andrew took care of it all, all I had to do was drop my car off, and pick it up looking like nothing ever happened. Got my Beetle fixed in under 2 weeks. The fitment of the new bumper and fender perfect. The paint job was great too. There was a little orange peel on it, but that’s to be expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing. Had 2 claims they took care of at same time. 1 was for hail damage, all paintless dent repair, that was performed perfectly. 2nd claim was for small damage to right side after getting hit in parking lot. Was promised vehicle on Wednesday in 2 weeks. Was called that night, said would be till Friday due to having to repaint door from failure to prep surface correctly. No calls until Wednesday the following week, told was finished. Came to pick up and immediately noticed poor finish qualify in the form of overspray on fender, significant orange peel on surface, and several fish eye marks on doors from failure to prep surface correctly. Complained, advisor said would have it buffed. Came back when promised would be ready, had to wait 30+ mins while advisor was polishing by hand, still looks very poor. Would not recommend for anything paint related if you want it to look right.
I did damage to my truck during the Texas snowmagedon. Took my truck in to Caliber Collision on Elm St and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The customer service, especially from Andrew (service writer) was excellent, from the constant communication to the speed with which they completed the repairs. The technician that repaired my truck is a true artist. Where there was significant damage, it looks brand new. From the friendly office staff to the reasonable and fair price for the repairs, I will not go anywhere else for future body work! (Hopefully I won’t need it!)
The work took 4 weeks not 3 like promised. The quarter panel that had to be fixed was not bolted on tight. The new replacement bumper had a big gouge in it when I got it back. They damaged my hood on the 2nd trip to try and fix the mistakes. Im missing trim inside the engine bay the car is not the same as promised. The adjusters are pushy a holes. 3 weeks ago I was promised replacement trim no one has followed up. Chad was the guy that should have. Its unacceptable I will never use them again I would advise the same. Of the damage and after they fixed it.

Andrew Bryant service adviser is awesome . I called and ask them how much it would cost to install a rear inside door handle. Andrew told me to come by and he would get his machanic to look at it. I had bought the part from Nissan. He took my car and came back in less than 10min already repaired. He said no charge. I cried its nice to know there is still honest people out there. Got in a wreck in December. Used Caliber on Elm as the repair shop. Had to get both front and back door replaced and various other repairs due to the wreck. Got constant updates with everything that was going on. Great communication, quality work. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Thanks!

To be honest, originally I was going to give this location a 1-star, although because of the management and their willingness to see where they left cracks in the pavement, I believe a second evaluation was well deserved.At first, my car was taken into the shop for a couple weeks for a fix. Once it was out of the shop, issues occurred and after a 3rd time of getting my car into the shop, it was fixed properly and efficiently.Management immediately stepped in and took the time to listen and address my concerns, along with making sure if there was any way I could be taken care of for the inconvenience. Chads (the general manager) communication skills were on par and his hospitality showed clean and clear. When I got my car out of the shop for the 3rd time, Chad made sure my car was well extra taken care of without me expecting it.As long as this location keeps their vehicle safety protocols in check after fixing the cars, then they will be a great place to take your car. Communication amongst the staff here seems to be great. Only thing I recommend as a customer is to make sure you check your car after getting it out of the shop, just in case the shop glossed over any mistakes. It is better to use your voice of reason and speak up when you know something is not fully in congruent to what is acceptable, than to walk away silent accepting mistakes without actively trying to address the issue.Grateful for the car shops customer service turnaround.
Nothing like having to return multiple times to replace parts they installed.Poor customer service, have never had a time i didnt have to return my truck for warranty work. The only reason this poor excuse for a repair shop is in business is bc USAA insists you use them for the best service. My car, truck and my sister in laws car. All had to go back again and again to fix the repairs they did. The parts say on for a week then hang there until you take it back 3 or 4 times.
During the snowmagedon of February I stored my car in my garage, and some critters got into the engine bay and chewed up the wires. I had my vehicle towed to Caliber Collision in Denton on Elm St. Andrew was assigned to my vehicle. I had a $1000 deductible, and when Andrew looked at the damage, he called to inform me that he can get the repairs completed for less than the deductible amount which was a GREAT RELIEF! My vehicle was in the shop for 1 day!!!! I thought it would be a few days because wiring is a pain. He also noticed the AC was blowing hot air, and did a check on that for no charge and informed me of what the issue is. The service here at Caliber in Denton is on point and beyond what I was expecting. They truly take customer service to the next level. I will definitely be using Caliber for future repairs if something is needed and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to bring for their repairs.
Estimate technician Albert blatantly lied to me about what my estimate would look like. He told me he would have to replace both headlights and my hood among other items. However he only put replacing one headlight and nothing about replacing the hood on my estimate. When this happens, it takes money out of the front end of the claim for the insured. My claim would double if I actually took it there for repair, because he would then actually report everything wrong with my vehicle once he knew he was going to get the money - the vehicle is being repaired. It’s called backloading claims and it’s fraud

Place was fast and amazing. Dropped my truck off to excellent customer service who told me everything that would happen and continued with updates throughout the time my truck was in shop. My rental company I used outside of them was running late and caliber collision even contacted them for me. Above and beyond customer service and work.

I have used Caliber before and never had an issue, but I will never recommend them. My husbands 2008 Honda CRV was in an accident and we arent using insurance. We received an estimate from them and wanted to find out only what was actually needed to get the car running again. We planed on replacing the front headlight, bumper, grill and possibly the hood ourselves as these would be cheaper than going to CC. We were told that we were not allowed to bring in parts and that everything on the list had to be done as it was a liability issue. Weve had work done on previous vehicles before at other mechanics and we were allowed to bring in parts. And we understood they couldnt guarantee the parts we brought in - Completely understand. But CC doesnt seem to care - They want to bleed you dry no matter what.

I had my car repaired at the Elm St. location. I had THE VERY BEST customer service. I have never experienced such GREAT care before. Chad was very nice, professional, yet fun and took care of my car better than I expected. I was supposed to pick it up in the morning and was not able to leave work so he arranged to have my car brought to me at work AND picked up my rental and returned it for me as well. I was SHOCKED!! Then when my car arrived here at work Kevin brought it to me and low and behold I was shocked again at the level of service these guys provide!!!! Not expecting to have my car brought to me at work I did not put the gas in the rental before it was returned- I called Kevin and told him I just realized I didnt put gas in the rental and he said dont worry about it, I will take care of it for you. These guys went above and beyond for me and I will FOREVER be a Caliber Collision customer. I will also spread the word to everyone I come across. These guys are literally the VERY BEST I have ever come across. Caliber Collision do yourself a favor and do whatever you have to do to keep people like this working for you and representing your company.

Terrible customer service, woman at the front desk rude and condescending. Sara, who handled my claim, said the bumper and paint would be complete Friday after dropping it off Monday. Friday comes and goes with complaints of how the bumper they ordered was broken etc. but no indication when it would be complete nor apology for the delay. No returned calls Monday after waiting on hold to speak with anyone who might know something Sara finally calls Tuesday to say she had an appointment and that’s why she didn’t call. Again the lack of apology was deafening she couldn’t have someone else call? Wednesday she calls and says it’s ready for stripes as if that’s good news. I asked when it would be done and again ‘I don’t know’ is the answer. Asked if she thought that was acceptable she said she didn’t know what was wrong with her performance. 10 days for a bumper, and five days late, with no idea of the completion time, and she didn’t know what was wrong. Manager said he’d have it ready by the day’s end having no explanation for their performance.Don’t waste your time.

Managment is fantastic. I came in for an estimate and although I had a not so great experience with the receptionist, a manager reached out to me to address the problem. Although the receptionist was not considerate towards me, the managers customer service made a world of difference and is the reason I am giving this location 5 stars. He worked with me and was very professional and curteous, and all in all I would recommend this location because the management will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience with them.
Although we didnt enjoy the accident, this company repaired our car quickly and thoroughly! Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and made sure we were taken care of from the first day we brought the car in. There is clearly a need for redirecting a couple of career paths in this branch. The two ladies that work in the office were rude, condescending and combative. It took about 3 days of given misinformation to figure out that this is clearly somewhere you DO NOT want to do business. There was a great effort to avoid accountability and I was treated with a great amount of disrespect. Like other reviews on here I was given the wrong time over and over with the end result being my business is going elsewhere. I have already informed the insurance company they should not use this company and I recommend others doing the same.

My Car STINKS. The service was fine, very nice people. The fix job was great, found no issues or scary rattling....but Ive changed all my in cabin filters and cant get rid of sweaty armpit sour smell that comes shooting out of the air vents when I turn on the car. Its so bad, Im contemplating trading in the vehicle for a new one. Awful.
A very kind mechanic works here. I needed to remove a part of my car and he did it for free. It was minor work but I had visited another shop where they were going to charge me. I definitely recommend going here.
So many good things to say about this place: excellent customer service, friendly, helpful, honest and fast. They completed the repair work in less than a day and it actually ended up being much less than the estimate. An overall fantastic experience. Dud a great job
Had my front bumper and fender destroyed by a wreck in an intersection. USAA sent me to caliber for repairs. I initially expected my car to be gone for 1-2 weeks but it ended up being over a month.They kept giving excuses for why it was being delayed. When I would call to get an update they would tell me I would receive a call back but I never would.They repainted areas unaffected by the crash for no reason and broke several parts in my car. They also told me my brand new battery was dead and replaced it with an inferior one that was the incorrect size. They also did an alignment on my car and now my car pulls to the right and the steering wheel is not straight.Besides the issues mentioned the actual repairs were OK but Im overall very dissatisfied with this location.
Do yourself a favor and work with anyone other than Trey.The body shop work is decent. They got paint on my window and other areas where paint shouldnt have been. They did say they would fix it but I honestly didnt trust them enough to take it back in fear theyd break something else. They also broke a tail light and charged me for it after I was told I wouldnt be charged for it, which is the advisors fault since he said theyd take care of it. When asked why, Trey said thats just part of business and why we dont take checks from insurance but work direct. Basically what he was saying is that they will suck money out of insurance companies by replacing parts that either do not need to be replaced or will charge them for items they broke in their shop.
I scheduled an appointment for estimation. When i went at the appointment time, i was informed that they couldnt find me on their system. I waited 2hrs office and they couldnt figure this simple issue, which should not happen after all. Then I gave them my insurance company tel and they figured it out. They should not have waited 2hrs if contacting my insurance company was necessary. Then a guy named Chad, adjuster, promised me that he would send me the estimation via email. I havent received it yet. I wont ever go to this office again.

Took my truck in on Monday afternoon to get an estimate from the other guys insurance company took the info and pictures said have it by Tuesday. I have called left several messages its Friday @ 4:45 pm still no call back. I told the lady who answers the phone if dont want the job a least call . Dont waste your time. They evidently dont need the money just ( SAD)

I came here for my first wreck and they did an excellent job on the repairs. This time, they missed a few parts on my car but they more than made up for it with their customer service. They provided a ride home for us after we dropped our car off and they came and picked me up when my car was ready. The man (G.W?) Who took us home was very kind. He regaled us with stories of chili competitions. They were prompt at fixing their mistakes as well. If I have to return here (I hope I dont) I would be happy for their service again. I would recommend them to friends.

They said that they open from 7:00am to 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and the lady at front told me come back before 4:30pm in next following day. In the next following day, I came at 12:10pm, the lady still tell me come back after 2:00pm. When I come back at 2:07pm, the lady gave me a sign-in sheet to fill out. While I was already waiting for them to estimate my car repair cost, they serviced 2 other customers came after me. Disappointed and I really dont know why they treat me like that way. All I need is just an estimate. It will be take no longer than 10 minutes.

Our insurance sent our car here after a wreck. It was an estimated 3 week repair, were going on 5 weeks now. They kept telling me it would be ready on certain days, Id call frequently to confirm, only to find out it wasnt ready when I would call them on my way to pick it up. They didnt even notify me. Their excuse was always that it was super special order parts, but I drive one of the most common domestic cars on the road. I wish they would have just given me a real time estimate. I have no idea about price, that was all done through insurance, but on turn around alone, I couldnt recommend them. Im really frustrated to still be in a rental, I want my car back!!!
I dropped my Tahoe off to be fixed and the work was good except the gap between the new bumper and headlight. When I picked my Tahoe up I didnt think it was necessary to make sure everything was still inside. I drive home and my daughters softball bat which was in the rear floorboard is missing. I called and spome to Chad who then passed me over to Kevin. Krvin told me hed ask his guys and get back to me and if all ekse fails hed get me a gift card to replace my daughters bat. I was asked if I had a picture of it and I sent one by email to Andrea and got NO reply from anyone. Now over a week later and I still have heard nothing. I wont refer anyone here now.
These guys are the slowest on the planet. It took them a week and a half just to tell me that my car was totaled. Even just taking the pictures for the appraisal took about an hour when it should have only taken about 15 minutes max. My insurance sent me to them, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

They took three months to gix my car and i still had to take it back for more because i wasnt happy with the job thsy did.
