Reposting because i changed the rating. They relaid a pipe almost 2 years back. The pipe burst in the same exact spot. I called them immediately to have them come out. The next day, they told me that the owner had come by (i was home but was unsure if he really did come, he never knocked/no ring activity) and said that they did not want to do the job. They referred me to a plumber that doesnt exist. Would not recommend because clearly they do not back their product. Really upset with this company and would not use again.Only pro was that their work was inexpensive, but now i see why.

We have now used this company twice. Once at a rental house to have a tail line replaced and once for a whole new system. Very pleased with their punctuality and work. On the new system they actually worked in the misting rain to insure we could be functional in our new house. Nothing but politeness and hard work from the whole team. Even when my ducks followed the machine around. Lol.

Absolutely incredible.Hard workers, work fast, reasonable pricing and some of the nicest people you will meet.Clearly went above and beyond for service and the best part is they did it right the first time, and refused to let good enough... be good enough. They went well beyond that.

Jerame and his crew is well equipped and experienced. We have used them on servals of our jobs and he has never gave us any problems at all. Even years after the systems has been installed You will not find a better company in Louisiana to install your sewer systems and plumbing.

I had environmental replace a pump at my house. Told them the application they sent two guys out that was not professional the cussed in front of my wife. Now 6 months later the pump went out and there telling me it the wrong pump. And want warranty anything on the job they did. It was never made clear to me that they was installing a effluent pump when I needed a grinder pump. So now $900.00 later Im going back thru the same problem with no help form them. You can do what you want with this information.

Bought our house in July 2015 and the previous owners had purchased a maintenance contract from this company on 6/6/15. Fast forward to 6/4/16, we had a lot of rain and our toilets wouldnt flush. The drain piping out to the ditch had no water flowing from it (the ditch was not full). Also the piping coming vertically up from the modad system itself had water overflowing when we removed the cap. We noticed over the past several months that every now and then the toilets were slow to flush but thought it was normal when there was heavy rain. I go through our house documents to find the company that had inspected the mo-dad system when we bought the house (Waste Water Environmental Services, LLC). I call and leave a voicemail (on Saturday) and of course I dont expect a call back until Monday (6/6/16). I call Monday morning to see if they have received my voicemail and they hadnt (no problem, we can discuss now). The lady on the phone (Virgina) was very pleasant. She said she would get the installer (Jerame) to call me back. No problem. He calls back within 30min. So far I am pleased with everything. Well, here are my concerns, the maintenance contract purchased (doesnt matter who paid for it - buyer or seller - it was purchased with an expectation from the provider) was suppose to cover the initial visit (which they did) and another visit at 6mos. I ask them if they had come at 6mos and Jerames response is that he is sure they did, as they are scheduled when someone is in the area. Ok, thats not a problem. So I then ask him if I can make an appointment for someone to come out and look at the system. He says sure, it will be $xxx for a service call out. I ask him what the maintenance contract is for if I have to pay for a service call out? He explains to me that the maintenance agreement is just to come and inspect things and doesnt cover the cost of repairs. He says that the callout could be used as the 6mos inspection and be part of the contract, but I have already used the 6mos inspection and the maintenance agreement is up. First of all, I called on Saturday when I had the problem (which was 6/4) and second of all the contract says service to commence on 6/6/15 and shall continue THROUGH 6/6/16) and thirdly, I am fully aware that a maintenance contract does not cover repairs. I am happy to pay for repairs needed, but do not think I should be paying for a service call when I am under a maintenance contract. I ask if I can get a copy of the paperwork that shows they came at 6mos. I am concerned that maybe this problem could have been found earlier had there been trouble at the 6mos inspection. If he had paperwork to show me that they came at 6mos and didnt find any issues, then I would be satisfied with that. He tells me that he is not obligated to give me that paperwork. I say ok, so you are telling me that you want to charge me for a service call but you cant prove to me that you came at the 6mos inspection and youre telling me my maintenance contract is expired. He then trys to tell me that it sounds like I am trying to get something for free and it may just be coincidence that I am calling on the last day. Why on earth would I call on the last day of a maintenance contract to have someone look at it if I am not having any problems?!?!?! I called and left you a voicemail on Saturday when the problem happened. He said if I would have called 3 weeks ago, then maybe that would be justified. So, apparently the contract ends 3 weeks or so from the actual end date. No, I am not trying to get something for free, I am trying get what was paid for and asking you to prove that you held up your end of the contract (the 6mos inspection). So I told him that I guess I needed to call another company and just start a new maintenance contract with them, and I can get the first inspection to cover my problem. Geez, I have no problem paying for repairs, whether its $500 or $10,000, but when a company cant justify what they have provided for what was paid for and agreed to, then thats just bad business.

I personally found their cleaning services to be substantially lower then a lot of the other companies in this area. I think you sound like an unhappy person to leave such a nasty review
