You can tell John is a busy man, but he still wanted to make sure his customer was taken care of as soon as possible. He came and diagnosed the issue within minutes, told me what part to order to save me money, and walked me through how to swap the part easily! Highly recommended!

I’m seriously impressed! I’m not the type to call someone because I’m not too trusting of repair people in general. I usually figure out and fix things myself. With it being Christmas and my crazy full work schedule I decided to just call since I didn’t have the time to do it myself. I’m so happy I did. He had great communication from the start. He was honest too...I only had a loose connection and he told me that and fixed it. He took pictures showing me and explaining everything he was doing/checking for. I only had to pay the service call out price which is cheaper than what my friends have paid to others. I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with anything and have already started recommending him to others!

I called about a dryer issue and spoke them about all the problems and resulted with me needing a new dryer. I greatly appreciate the honesty with me even if I ended up not using their services. Dryer broke and the repair man that was supposed to come cancelled. Called Ourso and he showed up within 2 hours on the same day and fixed my dryer and performed maintenance on the washer. He is very knowledge and walks through the repairs with you. He shows you the process and describes everything he does. He is very thorough and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
