Yesterday I went to buy a battery for my car and had the best service ever. Nicole S. Explained everything very well. She was very patient, very knowledgeable and courteous. She even took the time to help us with getting the battery put in the vehicle and assisted with wipers. This is the Best service I have ever had in a auto part store. I bought windshield wipers for my car...you dont have to change them often in California, but now that were Floridians, its a MUST to have fresh ones. So anyway, the guy was very helpful in finding well priced ones, because I really didnt want to pay 31 bucks for a single blade. To my surprise, he offered to put them on for me, and I was good to go! Really nice people here.

Shout out to Nicole who was very honest and quick. She put back my recharged battery and the guy who tested it I forgot his name he was working Sunday morning Dec 27, 2020. Young man white. He was honest to ask to test my battery instead of selling me a new one. Turned out I didn’t need a new one. Thanks auto zone staff!!

Wow! Lemme just say right off the bat I’ve never been to a auto store before. But the manager was extremely friendly and right away I felt comfortable and my anxiety about having an issue with my car left me. He gave me precise detail about what could be wrong, gave me the part I needed in no time flat, loaned me pliers to install the part, gave me a jump and wished me a good day. All in all, I rate this five stars. Fast, friendly, amazing. Thanks to Daniel R. for the incredible customer service!

My car needed new brake lights and when I bought it, the kid who works there was showing me where to pry open the latch in the back of the car to unscrew the bulb. Turns out there are 2 bolts outside the car next to the tail light and after doing further research, found out your suppose to take the bolts out to uncover the tail light. This kid had no idea what he was talking about and gave complete mis information.

THHHHEEEE slowest and the worst. Waited 25 min for someone who didnt know how to ring me up. Then I came again for another part and it took them forever to get the part ready for me. I have to say this one is by far autozone when it comes to needing things in a timely manner.

This place is my go to Auto parts store. I always treated professionally and if they dont know something they take the steps to find out. I purchase some new shocks and the salesperson was new and female. She did a great job helping me pick out shocks and determining what would be best for my ride. They offer a military discount and if they dont have what you are looking for, they will help track down the parts at even a competitors store.

Shawnda the manager said that mazda did not produce a miata during 96. And that there are no parts for said car because if that. After I corrected her she gave me attitude and asked if I was done. Very unprofessional. Do not shop here if you have questions. They do not know anything. She even asked me if a miata was a car or a truck. This is the manager of a car parts store....enough said.

Worthless help at this and DeBary location. This location the woman manager refused to help me and made me go to the end of the line in which I had already waited in. AutoZone used to be my go to place but not any longer!

The service is nice, they are responsibly quick. Most of the parts are correct and they have no problem switching out a part if its defective or wrong. I recently had a battery go bad on my truck and they looked up the warranty from 4 years ago on it and swapped it out. Pretty much the bad part is the location. They are located at the bottom of a hill right between two lighted intersections. It can be a pain to get out since the one intersection is at the other side of the hill and is a bit of a blind corner but the other intersection is visible from the parking lot.

Used to go to this store all the time but I will never be going to this Autozone again. My car’s battery is on it’s last leg, to the point where it barely got started when I needed to leave work, so I stopped in to buy a new battery before it gave out entirely. The workers said they had two of my batteries in stock but didn’t want to have to go get them from the palate in the back and told me I needed to go to a different store. I can honestly say that I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service. I’ve never written a review before but I figured it’s my duty to attempt to spare anyone else this aggravation.

Very expensive parts and short in supply

People there have no clue what theyre doing. They sold me a part for my vehicle that didnt even work with the model year, rented me out a tool to take out the part that wasnt even the right tool for the vehicle, and when I confronted them about it, their response was well maybe your vehicle is different from the others of that year.Yeah, okay. Went up the road to Advanced auto. Got the right part and took first try.

The auto parts around this area. If they dont have the part, they get it for you on few hours. No extra charge.

I go here all the time for my check engine light and receive speedy, courteous service. They dont try to sell you anything, just give you a printout and sound advice.

Sunday morning June 11, I went to buy a lawn mower battery and Daniel Latorre was very rude. I decided to just wait until Advance Auto opened. They have better service, prices and better customer service.

Good selection of parts and prices are fair. However, dont expect much help from the employees. Do your research ahead of time and have past numbers ready. Most of the employees have very limited knowledge of cars and if it cant be easily looked up in their system they dont, or cant, help you find what youre looking for. If youre working on anything custom or need actual advice, try OReilly or Napa.

I have no idea what to look for when it comes to cars so I always need a little help from one of the associates. I went in and asked the manager if he could check if I needed oil in my car he said there was a guy already out there and he could check for me. I waited till the guy was done with the people he was helping outside and he went back inside. I went inside and asked him if he could check the oil in my car and he said I just need to check the stick, I said okay could you possibly check that for me and show me. He said I needed to bring it inside because he has bad eyesight which didn’t make any sense because outside was very bright but whatever. I brought the stick inside on a towel and he walked away. I had to ask the people next to me outside if they could check it for me because the associates were too busy to be bothered. Probably will never come back which sucks because it’s down the street from my house.

Very disappointed the last few days with service here. One man acted like I was stupid when asking about fan shroud! Ive had to get the part numbers myself because they dont know how to use the system correctly! Most workers dont know anything about parts! On more than one occasion the wrong parts were ordered! A few items which I have been trying to buy for 3 weeks now are still out of stock! In comparison one employee reminds me of the sloth on zootopia that works at the dmv! Leaving about 15 people waiting because he cant do his job efficiently!

The only good thing I can say about this location is that they had the part I needed. Will go somewhere else.
