Very disappointed. I have done my taxes with her for many years now and this year she firts said i was getting over $800 back then called me and said i would only get $70 back, fine no big deal. My mom also did her taxes here and after being told that she would get $256 back she just received a bill for $2000 from the IRS. I called and texted her to see what was going on and absolutely no response. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
