The staff was very kind and helpful and kept me informed. I was nervous that I would owe the IRS because when i tried to file online it said my employer was not taking enough out of my paychecks. The staff explained that this was true and provided me paperwork to submit to my employer to get this amended but still was able to get me a good return, adding a bonus because of my school.

After completing our taxes online, they have been sent to 6 or 7 different accountants and still have not been filed. Theres a problem with the system. Ive only been able to speak to someone twice, and neither one could explain what happened or could resolve the problem. The most recent accountant who was assigned has supposedly been reviewing them for rwo weeks. I really doubt she even knows theyre there. I cant do anything because it was assigned to an accountant.
