They blew off my daughters appointments twice, knowing she was going to lose her insurance in a very short time and needed to get the dental work done while she could. We called you. No, they did not. Its near impossible to get someone on the phone, leave messages and they dont call back. Im sitting in the ER with my daughter with an infected tooth because they couldnt be bothered to treat her.... like a human being. I suppose thats the times we live in, everyone is short handed and way behind and the ones that do show are too harried to care.

I went to Greenberg in Deltona this morning as an emergency dental walk in. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly from the second I walked in the door. The dental assistant, Ashley, was so sweet and friendly. She immediately put me at ease. Dr. Amaro took his time to explain everything that I needed to know to take care of my issue. He was very down to earth which I appreciated. Very pleased!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. I was seen quickly after completing paperwork. The staff and Doctor put me at ease, made me feel very comfortable, and made me feel like I was participating in my care instead of just being another mouth to look at. I highly recommend the Deltona office. They are busy, but didnt make me feel rushed.

For my 10:30am - July 8, ‘21 first appointment at Greenberg Dental & Orthopedics, I arriived 25 minutes early, and was greeted very pleasantly. Wait time was barely ten minutes after actual appointment time. Dental Assistant, Carla, was VERY nice; listening, answering questions and explaining process clearly. After Carla took X-rays, entered Dr Amaro, with a nice smile and introduction; a most personable, pleasant mannered professional dentist. He put me at ease instantly. Listening and sharing light conversation which calmed my usual anxieties at dental appointments. He was very kind and gentle; as was the Hygienist, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. She spoke very little, but her mannerisms and non verbal cues were more than sufficient. I had a very positive experience at Greenberg Dental. The front-office associates were courteous and friendly. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m., and my name was called within 15 minutes of my arrival, even though there were other patients ahead of me. Dr. Amaro made me feel comfortable from the time he first entered the exam room. He explained the results of the X-rays in detail and made certain that I was also viewing them. Elizabeth and he worked well together, as well as Ivette, Alicia, and Maria; and seemed to enjoy their work and the patients. The facility is larger than I expected and everything appeared to be organized. They practice teamwork. Looking forward to starting my dental treatment. I had a walk-in dental procedure completed yesterday morning. I was given precise information regarding my wait time and procedure. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. The dental assistant and Dr were very nice. The doctor made me feel comfortable and informed me of everything that was taking place. I have chosen this office for future dental care.

So I need to give this practice a shout out. Im one who is terribly anxious about any dental work, and I had an extraction today. Ive had some awful experiences in places back in New York but here, they were super professional. They walked me through what they needed to do and what I needed to do as I recover.I literally felt no pain or discomfort and the procedure took 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic staff and practice.

Greenberg Dental in Deltona is amazing. I like the previous dentist we went to but they were far away from me in Casselberry. They have wonderful techs, staff and Doctors who are all highly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All of the staff are super sweet and Francis is an angel. My little one is in good hands at this place. Dr. Byun and Dr. Amaro are the best.The only thing I wish could improve was the communication and file/records exchange between the offices and even between their departments in the same building. But overall, I wish that we would have found this place sooner. I highly recommend.

I received two text messages and fell to read the first one which said I had an appointment at 10:30 for an exam and then another text a day later with an 11:30 appointment time for cleaning. I showed up for 11:30 not realizing I was suppose to be there for 10:30. They were very helpful and were able to fit me in which I really appreciated. Thank you for your great service.

The experience that I had at Greenberg Dental was fantastic! I have always been anxious about going to the dentist, but when I going Greenberg Dental 11 years ago I have been less anxious. Dr Amaro at the Deltona office is so kind, and all the girls at the desk really make me feel very comfortable there, too! Now that I have met Dr Tolson, the periodontist, for more Dental work than cleaning and X-rays, he also has been very kind to me. I plan to continue attending Greenberg Dental for any other procedures that should come up, because so far they all have made me feel good about coming back again and again. Every time I’ve gotten dental work, or a checkup/ cleaning I’ve gotten exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. Staff work hard and are courteous, especially during this time of “lock-down” and pandemic restrictions. I appreciate that the front-office continues to run smoothly despite having less staff than normal, and that they are risking their lives to still provide care to those in need. Go essential workers!

This place is too difficult to do business with. They wont even make an appointment for you six months out for your next cleaning. I got a crown from them that broke within six months. It was top of the line unbreakable. Insurance billing was a headache and my last cleaning when I could get one before covid lasted 10 minutes. If you want to be treated like cattle go here but beware they dont value you as a patient. I am sorry I didnt find a new dentist sooner. I lost a tooth because of them.

I have gone here for years. they done countless fillings, i had braces for 2 years a few years ago, regular cleaning. overall i always had a great experience here :). yesterday in particular, i went in as an emergency walk in for some pain i had, the assistant went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. All the staff is super friendly and Dr. Amaro seems very knowledgable and passionate about what he does. My crown had popped off over the weekend and he was able to fix it right away. The previous dentist that did my crown did not do a great job. He provided me other options and gave me a run down of pricing right from the beginning. Definitely a positive experience.

I have avoided the dentist for years. But this was a really great experience. Because of my avoidance I have been to Greenberg Dentist in Deltona about 8 times in the last few months. I’ve had a root canal, a crown, mouth guard, a cleaning and fillings. I can not say enough good things about them. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Would give zero stars if I could!! Took my daughter here to have a cleaning and to have a loose tooth pulled. They pulled her tooth then proceeded to pull another tooth!! It wasnt even slightly loose. They didnt ask for my wifes consent to pull the good baby tooth. 6 years old and permanently traumatized!!! Then, to top it off, they said we needed to find a new dentist as our daughter is a problem patient. They wouldnt give us her teeth for the tooth fairy but instead gave us a tooth fairy certificate. Stay Far Away.

Not sure why I chose to give them another chance. 100% regret my decision. Dentist couldnt even cement my crown on straight. I now have a crooked crown that I cant have straightened that is going to damage my bottom teeth.I will admit support staff were alot more pleasant & professional than prior visits. Furthermore, I was told it was gonna be $29, but somehow it turned out to be $134 with my portion being $54.50. I guess because I had Insurance Instead of self pay. Beware.

Ive been going to the Greenberg Dental in Deltona for years after having a horrible experience at the one in Sanford. They are amazing and have treated me like family. I def recommend them. I still drive 45 mins to go years after moving because I love Dr. Amaro so much!

Have been to Greenberg previously always was satisfied with the treatment I received. Didn’t have much done today because I needed to take an antibiotic previously to having my teeth cleaned as I had previously had a knee replacement so had to reschedule my appointment was given a prescription to take whe day I return.
