The owner David was extremely unprofessional. I had my initial estimate date appointment rescheduled 2x. The day he finally comes to check out all of my windows that needed repair he quotes me an estimate which he says was a great deal. I asked him if I could use credit card for payment and he said no I am giving you a good price and credit card fees are too high so he preferred check. During the appointment he asked me if i was married or single. He said I spelled so good. He told me I was a perfect age for him . He also said how nice and pretty I was. i hated every minute of all this conversation. i ignored it because i was already behind schedule with this repair and he said he needed to order all of the channel balances for all of my windows which prolonged my repair. He left without giving me a written estimate which i regret deeply because when he came back to do the repair ( which he cancelled my repair appointment 2x again ) he realized then that he did not order proper amount and told me that the reason he did not order is because he says I said I NEVER OPEN THOSE WINDOWS so dont worry repairing them He blatantly lied and continued to say It would cost me more to repair those windows. He took the broken pieces that he need to order replacement. And said he would be back to fix windows. After reaching out to him he know states he can not order parts and is refusing to bring me back my broken parts so I can hire another company to finish repairing my windows. If it was possible i would give him ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE!!
