These guys were fantastic. They installed mahogany doors and transom and were meticulous. The installation could not have been better. After the installation, they sent me photos of the various stages so that I could show them to the West Palm Beach inspector. When she appeared, I gave her the photos and paperwork and she immediately said that this is a very professional company. I passed the inspection with absolutely no issues. Great company and great support. We are thrilled with our beautiful front doors.

We had a great experience with the Custom Door Shop. Their price was as competitive as any of the other shops we looked at and the process was transparent and easy. There were some delays in sourcing parts due to Covid, but the custom door shop team kept us updated every step of the way. The doors have been installed and are incredible quality. But I was most impressed by the installation. The crew was incredibly professional and clean. They worked diligently all day in the South Florida heat and completed the job flawlessly. And they left my house cleaner than when they got there. It was an incredible process all the way around. I highly recommend.

This was our second set of doors. After moving we missed having custom wood doors. They are truly a work of art. Eric Acosta was fantastic at helping us pick the doors that would match well with our house. After picking everything out we decided to put in a generator and waited on doors for a year. Eric never complained or tried to pressure us. About a year later we set an appointment and are extremely satisfied with the end result. Takes about 5 months to complete the doors but well worth the wait!!!

The entire process from ordering to installation went off without a hitch. We were very impressed with the installation team as they worked methodically removing the old door and side panel and installing the new one.Everything was very professional. Could not have been more impressed.

When my husband and I decided to replace all of our windows and doors with hurricane proof ones, first we did our homework to educate ourselves on what manufacturers made a quality product, and then we looked at local businesses to submit bids on the project. We wanted a local company, and we wanted a company that did not subcontract its installation to a third unrelated party. We visited the showroom for Custom Door Shop in Jupiter to just look at custom front doors, but Eric Acosta, one of their sales members, asked if he could bid on the entire project.Custom Door Shop won the bid for 5 important reasons: we could have a custom designed front door made, PGT makes quality hurricane windows and doors, Custom Doors uses the same installation group for all of its PGT products, their bid was the lowest of the three, and Eric was always available to answer our questions.It was a very big project with over 38 windows, 3 sets of French doors, and 4 other doors. The estimated time to install was 3 weeks. Every day for 3 ½ weeks, the 5-man team showed up on time, they worked as a team from start to finish, and they were all courteous, competent, and craftsmen. When a problem arose, we were able to resolve it easily. Jose, their foreman, was easy going, he had the respect of his team, and he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Each day before leaving the job, they cleaned up inside the house and outside where they worked.Looking back, our decision to go with Custom Door Shop in Jupiter was a good one. We are pleased with the quality of the windows, the quality of the installation, and the quality of the business that stands behind its products.We would highly recommend Custom Door Shop.
