They are hard workers; reliable; displayed full knowledge of their craft; and, they care. They respected me and my house. John at ATP cleaned/disinfected the ducts at one of the properties I manage and also checked for mold. The tenant was very happy with the results. They were very honest and fairly priced. When they first came into my home, they made sure to include me in all that was happening. They would show me what they are doing and how they are going to do it before doing anything. My house ended up having more than just a mold issue and they were more than helpful through this stressful process. They went above and beyond by removing parts of the drywall that needed to be removed and even showing me a hole that was in my siding. They helped me **temporarily** patch the hole up until our siding guys were able to fix it! I cant truly explain how helpful they were! If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and also great personalities, they had it! Oh, and it only took them 3 days to do the job! They came out a 4th day, but that was because we were having our AC coils cleaned and they offered to come out after that to give my vents the best cleaning they could possibly get! Use them!! seriously! They will give you the prices prior to starting and that is GREAT!

Our experience with John was amazing. We had a water heater expansion that developed a pin hole and shot thru the ceiling in our garage. John has been EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and great to work with. We have a vacation house in Wellington, FL and are only there part of the year. On a chance visit in the middle of the year, far from our usual visit time, we discovered an 2nd story AC unit had failed and was leaking water for who knows how long into the the hardwood floor and seeping into the 1st floor ceiling and walls. Needless to say, we walked into a home with destroyed dry wall, covered in mold and a complete horror. ATP was professional and so great to work with during a very stressful time for us. We were in the midst of a bad black mold demolition by a non licensed contractor for mold in our rental home and had many obstacles to overcome in order to get our lives and possessions back to health. We were sick from unknowingly living in the mold for so long & during the demolition. So when John from ATP came to evaluate our needs we learned much and were put at ease that all would be restored one day soon. We were unable to fog immediately and had to wait until we had a new residence but John was ready to go as soon as we were. It was a very easy process on the day of fogging and we quickly moved the mold free furniture, pictures & artwork, kitchen items and such that were salvageable as soon as he finished. The piece of mind we had that we were not taking any bit of the mold with us was tremendous. He was fairly priced and his knowledge and personal guidance was the best part.
