I needed help changing my headlights and Luis was beyond helpful. He was nice and professional enough to help me choose the headlights for my car and installed them as well right on the spot. I was very impressed by the level of customer service him and Sylvania provided - specially - the willingness to help and make sure everything was taken care off, and all my questions were answered.

Nick was the sales associate that helped me out and he was EXTREMELY helpful. Super attentive to my questions and was very quick to offer assistance. Would definitely recommend this store because of Nick.

Great Auto experience! Joseph at this particular AutoZone was a true customer service Pro! Helped me diagnose a battery issue, tried charging old battery to confirm it was “dead” & helped me purchase the best replacement at best price & of course installed the new battery to make sure it was running properly! BTW, after initially stopping by and meeting Joseph, I had to run errands before coming back & happen to pass by a larger AutoZone, so I stopped to check it out. There were at least 10 employees at this store and after wandering around 10 minutes with no Hello, I went back to Joseph’s location where his professionalism restored my faith in human-interaction! Wow! I am truly impressed with the level of customer service I received at this location. I needed an emergency last-minute car battery replacement around 8:30PM at night because I had an important drive to make the next morning. I desperately arrived moments before the store was scheduled to close and Amsais and Connie helped me find the replacement battery that I needed. Both of them were extremely kind and professional, especially considering they were staying late! They also installed the battery for free! I called them on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had an ignition coil I needed for my boat. They did and, when I arrived they already had the part pulled and ready for me to pick up. Great job. Its hard to find a place like this these days, where they actually go above and beyond. Plus, they had the part stocked. Most other places have to order it. I recommend this place 100%.

I went to autozone to have my battery replaced and ended up needing to drive to another location to pick it up. Luis offered to install it for me if the other location wasn’t able to. The other location refused to install it so I drove back here and Luis installed it for me. My car was still not functioning properly, and Luis was able to accurately diagnose the issue as needing a new alternator. I came back to autozone a week later after having my car repaired and Connie was able to test the battery for me. Both of them were so helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you guys!

Incredible! Just have to thank Mark E. Who was an absolute savior at the last second. My battery had been acting up and I died in the middle of the road. I managed to get to AutoZone just before closing to check my battery. Though it was late, and Mark didnt even need to be working then, he took the time to test it and even changed it out for me!
