Chrysalis has been the most wonderful thing to happen to us. We are in love with our team. We are so happy. I dont have a single negative thing to say. The staff called me back right away, got my son into the program right away, and we have the best team our son could have. Our BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is beyond amazing along with his RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who are a wonderful fit for him. I was so nervous in the beginning, after my son was diagnosed and I have felt nothing but comfort from every single staff member there. They are incredibly loving to my child, keep him safe, teach him so many skills, and he is making great progress. I dont know what we would do without them. The center is adorable. They care about us as parents. We have learned so many skills which have given us confidence and have helped our son continue to thrive.

His RBT is now apart of our family and they have an incredible bond and connection. We couldn’t be happier with the staff and the services that have been providing. I highly recommend them!

Chrysalis ABA center is an awesome clinic for kids needing ABA services. Clean, professional and caring! I have complete faith when dropping my child off there that there will be nothing less than the best of care. Seeing major milestone improvements!

My son has been receiving services for four years and I am so very grateful. The progress he has made is amazing and I have learned so much from the therapists and the owners. They always go above and beyond to help my son and my family. It’s a very loving caring environment and my son feels the love. I couldn’t be happier and feel blessed to have found them.

I contacted this office more than a year ago to get services for my child and I just got a call from them (14 months later) if I still needed services...are we serious right now?! Yes, I needed the services then when I contacted you the first time. Horrible follow up with their new potential patients. If they don’t care about their parents, I wonder how they take care of their patients? Sad!!

My therapist is excellent and very professional, I love the service will recommend the facility to anyone who is looking for a good therapy place for autism.

I am extremely happy with all the staff they are very professional, caring & dedicated to their profession especially Alfredo, Maidelis, Raphael & Susana. Our SLP at the time recommended Chrysalis/Monarch and I am so happy she did. My son started here over 3 years ago and we have never had a bad experience doing both at home and in center therapy.The center is large and full of fun sensory things to do, he still loves going. The owners, staff and therapists are all wonderful and very welcoming. My son has improved greatly in many areas. We are blessed to have found this place.

The staff at Chrysalis has been an amazing part of our lives. I have seen so much progress in our son. Both our son and the staff are working hard to help him move forward. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Arguably the worst administrative staff I have ever seen in my life, in July of 2018 I Filled out the proper forums and i was told that My son will be placed on a waiting list. I was told that the waiting list is about 6 months I placed a follow up call in November and was told there is no record of my son registration. I re-registered him on November of 2018 and I followed in March of 2019 and to my surprise there is no record of my son. I would just find another center but i am not letting this behavior slide. I feel this is negligence.

My son was there for 10 minutes too long. First day, the place is mess, no one knows what’s going on. We had been waiting to start therapy for months, when the first day finally comes they are not ready for him, no one assigned, staff seems lost and not properly oriented. I leave my son there and after 30 seconds I walked out I hear him screening on top of his lungs, there is 3 adults cornering my son and they refuse to open the door for me. The most awful experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and untrained. Never going back!

The clinical BCBAs and their staff are wonderful to work with. My child has seen much improvement,,, highly recommended to visit their place. They also provide home services.AWESOME deserve more then five stars
