The good...Friendly staffGood workThe bad....Took a long time and no communication.I was told a routine maintenance was $50 and it ended up being $99 with no phone call to see if I wanted to proceed. I was told some extra things were needed on top of a normal maintenance and that was the reason why. When I picked up my generator the write up said it needed a spark plug and the carburetor was cleaned. Those are all normal maintenance things and no chance they should be another $50. I would have done that myself.Would only go here in a pinch there are other places to get a routine maintenance that include spark plugs and carburetor cleanings for under $100

Don is the man. Extremely helpful, always has good advice. Takes the time to listen to your business needs and reccomend equipment. Super faster in the service department as well. Dropped off several mowers and always a quick turn around anywhere from reel sharpening to unknown issues. They resolve it quick and timely. Highly reccomend if your a landscape company in the area.

I am a home owner and I wanted to buy a small saw for around my property. My biggest concern when I went there was an associate perhaps a mechanic suggested I should rent a saw at home depot. I mentioned if I used it for 5 to 6 days I could own a nice saw. Home depot gets $59 a day plus tax. You dont have to be a genius to figure that out.. He also suggested that if I am not familiar with using a saw I could get hurt. He knew nothing about me. It was not like I showed up in a Bentley. I myself am a residential contractor. Although I have not used a saw for a few years doesnt make me not knowledgeable.It is a huge clean and nice store. Just do your own due diligence and know what you are going specifically there for.I did end up buying an Echo 2511T with a 5 year home owner warranty for $200.less then there over priced saw.

DONT USE!My pressure washer needed a new pull cord and general service (oil change, etc.). I was told that it would take 7-10 days because the shop was backed up.I called back 2 weeks later and was told to call back the following week, when it would probably be ready.I went to pick it up 4 weeks after the initial drop-off to pick it up, ready or not. It took them about 15 minutes to find it. The pull cord had been replaced, but all the nozzles were missing.

Don’t go near this place! I dropped a power washer off to get fixed. I was told it would take about a week and that I would get a call when it was done. I called back two weeks later and was told that they never worked on it and that they were not going to work on it and that I should come and pick it up.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, decent variety of equipment. They call you about sales. Got my lawn mower serviced there and was happy with the result and price.

Very cordial while dropping off my generators for repair but have to wait 3 weeks for the repair and pickup. A little too soon for full review.

These guys saved me by servicing my generator just before the hurricane Irma, even though they were swamped with work. Everyone who works there is just incredibly nice and helpful.
