I was at Windmill Sprinkler in Delray on Sept.28, 2021 at about 8:00 AM& a sales person Tony W. asked if I needed some help. I said I certainly do.I explained my problem which were about my sprinklers. The man had so much patience above & beyond what you could ever imagine. I’ve been in this place a few times over the years and the service has always been spectacular. I went in planning on completely replacing a home sprinkler indexing value, but the staff member recommended I just buy a few repair parts. I did that and everything works great. Thanks again!

Good local spot for irrigation parts. Staff is friendly and helpful, on the pricey side. When Home Depot does not carry it, this is your place to find it.

Fortunate to have found a helpful family owned business. Had a problem with my irrigation well pump and stopped in to purchase another. Instead of just selling me a new pump, they asked what the problem was and explained a more cost effective and simpler solution. I went home, removed my existing pump and brought it back. They replaced the motor and performed a refurbishment in a couple of hours. Saved over $100 vs a new motor and avoided cutting and replacing all the PVC for a new install. Not very often you come across a business with this level of integrity.

You can tell right away that this is a family owned business, and its no surprise theyve been around for as long as they have. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and was so patient answering all my questions. After assuming this place was more for people who already know what theyre doing, I am beyond impressed at the time they took to educate me in what i was needing and why.Unless I absolutely have to, Ill never go back to the national chain hardware stores again.

Great store! My sprinkler pump went bad and I was able to buy a new pump from here. They have excellent customer service. I needed a little bit of help getting the new pump started, I was able to call them and they walked me right through it!

What a fantastic place. It is a perfect place to shop especially for items that you will go crazy trying to find and think you will never find, they will certainly be found there as well as your everyday usual items. No more big box stores for me because ultimately I always wind up at Windmill. Truly a place to go to for your needs.

I shop hear often and couldn’t ask for better advice. Pepper and his team are always willing to listen to your issues and direct you in the right direction. The place is A+ in my book. On top of that anytime I need to replace a shovel or wheel for my wheelbarrow or even need some firewood I can it all here. Good advice convenient hrs and local family owned. Love it.

I very much prefer hometown hardware stores over the big box places & Windmill Sprinkler did not disappoint. I stopped in for a sprinkler head and the gentleman behind the counter pulled the correct replacement off the shelf before I could even make it past the store cat- yes, the store cat! He (the gentleman, not the cat) was super helpful in giving me some tips on the actual replacement too.

This place is amazing! Not only do they carry all of those odd cant find any where parts and supplies but they are extremely helpful! The customer service I received was exceptional and personalized. I felt in good hands by the knowledgable and friendly staff. I will definitely continue to be a customer there. I always find what Im looking for there and if not they order it for me. They even donated tools to our organization to help create a garden at Carver Middle School. I love this place and highly recommend.

Working on my Eagle Scout Project, we went here to ask if theyd be willing to donate some stuff for the project. They happily accepted. Alongside that, they have SO MUCH stuff, its kind of a hidden gem. Thanks so much guys :)

Great spot for palm trees and gardening supplies. Better prices than the big box stores as well.Friendly, courteous, and the staff know what they are talking about. I bought palm trees and some supplies from here and very pleased so far.

I cant give 6 stars but the store in Delray Beach deserves them! Paula helped me patiently multiple times as I battered her with dumb questions, trying to understand how to set up a drip irrigation system. Thanks to her and the products I brought home, I was able to build it, and it works!

Wow, wow wow. HAPPY NEW YEAR. Finally a store that actually provides real customer service with a smile. Went there once years ago and they were great. Went there again today Jan 2 with what to me was a tricky hose coupling issue. No problem for these guys. Problem solved in just minutes. Finally, I am no longer forced to shop at the big box stores.The staff at Windmill is AMAZING. Excellent customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it.Their extensive “how to” knowledge coupled with their patience to transfer that knowledge along with the wide array of items in inventory can’t be beat!The best part is that is only part of the story.Their service department has repaired my sprinkler system numerous times arriving at the promised time and at prices that were less than their competition.When my sprinkler pump malfunctioned, they rebuilt the motor saving me hundreds of dollars instead of replacing it.Being a DIY addict, Windmill is my first stop at the start of every project.

I went in not knowing what I needed and left with everything to complete my sprinkler project. I installed it as they suggested and its PERFECT.This place is a treasure trove of things that you need but cant find and their customer service is second to none. They blow HD out of the water in every way.

Neighborhood friendly, high end expertise and reasonable prices is what I got from Windmill Sprinkler! We were updating our sprinkler system from a mechanical timer to a digital electronic controller with WiFi capability and converting the mechanical zone valve to a manifold/solenoid system. Additionally we were able to get a variety of pop-up sprinkler head components that we could not find at any other big box hardware stores. During the process the expert advice offered regarding installation made this a very satisfying and cost-effective project. I would definitely return to Windmill Sprinkler for other DIY projects.

They have a extremely knowledgable repair shop, and carry a lot of high quality items, ( not cheaper quality like big box stores ), also makes hydraulic hoses while you wait, and I have found Gene to be the man to ask when you are stumped. Being here from Wisconsin I frequently have Florida type questions about pumps,sprinklers,and repair. EXELENT STORE, WORTH THE TRIP THERE.

Ive been using Windmill Sprinklers for over 35 years. Their stores have quality merchandise and they have a very knowledgeable staff.

Greatest hidden gem that has everything along with the service that you cannot get at the big hardware stores that took over the quality stores like this. From knots to boats anything you need dont want Home Depot save yourself the headache.

We use Windmill Sprinkler for all of our plumbing needs. Every time I go there they have what we need in stock the staff is very courteous and they take there time to answer any questions we have.
