I am PETRIFIED of the dentist to the point that I had not been in over a decade. In 2020 I went on vacation to Florida and decided to get a deep cleaning, so I went to Dr. Stacy Stein. The entire staff is amazing and friendly and I had Dr. Stacy Stein herself working on me. She seen how terrified I was (literally shaking in the seat and had to go to the loo twice) she placed everything back down, and spoke to me like a human being. She relaxed me to the point that only I was shaking and not the chair. She spoke to me as she did everything and pretty much held my hand. I recently just went back to Florida (I live in Ohio) just so Dr. Stacy Stein would work on my teeth and fix the decade of neglect I had done. Again, she relaxed me, and even remembered who I was. I had to get a root canal, but I knew she would not make it very bad. She played music and spoke to me again. All of that to say, If you need anything done and are as afraid of the dentist as I am, Dr Stacy Stein is your go to woman! I fly from Ohio to get dental work done. THAT should explain how amazing she is. Thank you Dr. Stacy Stein, you are the best dentist I have ever encountered and I wish more approached their clients as well and nice as you do. You definitely went above and beyond your duties for me. I Give you ever star available and then some!

Amazing experience!! Jackie at the front is so sweet and helpful! Also, the hygienist (I unfortunately did not catch her name) is very welcoming and puts you at ease. She is so kind and made my experience enjoyable! I was a new patient and they were very efficient! Dr. Stein is so kind and I definitely recommend going! She is a joy of a Dentist.

False Advertising!!! I was scheduled for a new patient exam, x-ray, cleaning.. After the doctor told me that everything looked good...the assistant came back to me a few minutes later with a whole treatment plan that I had to pay additional fees for cleaning and that I can go on their special insurance plan for 1 year and it would help the cost for visits...when I confronted the prices and broke everything down there was not much of a difference if I just paid without their insurance. On top of everything, I didnt get a cleaning it would cost $132 extra when I was told that the new patient package included a cleaning...so they try to make you pay $59 + $89 before they even do anything!! I was so aggravated that I just walk out . No wonder this place was empty..I should have known better!!

WE have been to many dentists but Dr Stein is the best Dentist I have ever been to. Everyone there is so nice and finally my husband and I found a dentist that doesnt find things just to add more to the bill. She is honest very sweet and does an AWESOME JOB! The office is an upbeat office and we now have found a dentist that knows her stuff doesnt try to find something wrong just to make more money and she does the best job! Shes gentle she kind and finally we found a dentist that we love !

I had visited another local dentist who advertised in a mailer that he followed my insurance schedule of services of fees for my dental work, but ended up having exceptions which basically was dishonest and false advertising. I switched to Dr. Stein at Greenberg Dental after reading reviews, and the reviews are TRUE! (except for the one star which was not even about Dr. Stein or her work) She and her staff are polite, friendly, even when very busy. Stein doesnt talk down to you or make you feel bad about asking questions.. They treated me as an individual and actually followed my insurance guidelines!

Dr. Stacey and her wonderful staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. I have the best smile Ive ever had and Im smiling a lot now. Life changing experience for me.

Absolutely awful. Avoid this place. The staff completely rude and when I asked for orthodontics advise they told me that they didn’t have one. How come they put the name on the window if the don’t have the staff to provide the service. The should have not given me the appointment to start with. They didnt check my insurance in advance and when after I got there very rudely they asked me to pay for the copay. Threw my ID and Insurance card at me. All 3 ladies at the front were so rude that I decided to leave and not get the service. Go somewhere else. Besides the place is not welcoming.
