Everyone is so nice! I am very particular when it comes to my teeth. I had a great dentist in New York. I am now living in Florida and I picked Tomalty dental on their reviews as well as location. I had three visits so far and I must say I am impressed with the care I am given as well as the procedures. I am waiting on my permanent cap and I feel that it will fit perfect. I will find out in two weeks. I am feeling confident that it will be perfect.

Stephanie the hygienist has been seeing my mom who is 97 yrs old for about a yr. She took the time to call me to explain some changes in my Moms mouth and explained everything to me. It is always a pleasure to come to Tomalty for dental maintenance and procedures as needed. The reminder phone calls are great. I am always greeted by the most welcoming receptionist. The wait was only a minute. The dental hygienist provided a gentle but rigorous cleaning as well as advice on proper use of my mouth guard. I have beer a satisfied client since I moved to Florida 5 years ago.

I am impressed by the medical staff who projected courtesy, respect and most of all being friendly. I think Dawn Polasky, DDS is marvelous. She has a great bedside manner and if you don’t understand a certain thing she will take the time to explain it. Natalie is wonderful. She explained about certain insurance procedures. She took the time to explain. A wonderful asset.

From moment I arrived from the Receptionist to the lovely young women who did their jobs on me were excellent, Last but not least Dr Tomalty was charming..I made a great choice.

Myra was an attentive and caring hygienist who did a wonderful job deep cleaning my teeth. After I spent over a year bouncing back and forth out of state during the pandemic, she had her work cut out for her. She maintained a pleasant banter while being the consummate professional. And of course, I can never praise Dr. Polansky highly enough. She is a caring, dedicated professional who explains both her recommendations and options as she points out areas of concern on the X-rays. I can highly recommend this office and the staff without reservation.

I can’t speak for all of the Tomalty locations, but I can tell you that the one in Delray (West Atlantic Ave) is pretty amazing. Dr. P is super nice, gentle, friendly, thoughtful. I can’t say enough good things about her. The staff is super nice also, and very knowledgeable and thorough. They’re very honest and forthcoming about treatment suggestions, options, and costs. And, they treat you like family. Very impressed.

BEWARE of billing practices!My wife and I had a lot of dental work done with Tomalty Dental, Delray Beach.After months of treatments, I started reviewing billing statements and I found that the insurance claims forms submitted by the dental office had reimbursement checks sent to them and not me, as should have been the case.The dental office owed me over $2000.00 in refunds. It took about 4 MONTHS to get the refunds.I began trying to get a refund in late May 2021. After multiple attempts to get my money refunded via phone call, fax and email I finally had to contact my insurance company to fight for me to get my refunds.Once the insurance company got involved, I received my refund within a couple of weeks.I finally received my refunds in late September 2021.If you value your money and honest billing practices avoid this dental office.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Oppenheimer! He is absolutely amazing. So patient and so soft spoken. I’m completely terrified of going to the dentist. Paola (dental assistant) made me feel so calm and Natalie and Charity were able to explain the treatment fees before any services were completed. I highly recommend this office. I don’t have insurance and most offices are super expensive but this office has reasonable fees. Thanks for everything!!

My experience here was extremely shady. I went in with the idea i was getting a regular teeth cleaning. MY insurance covers 100%, turns out i need a deep cleaning. Thats fine, my insurance still covers 100%....The office tries to charge me, i did not feel comfortable so i decided to call my insurance. My insurance CONFIRMED i am covered and should only be charged my deductible. I spoke to Natalie and she said she will call the insurance to confirm. She calls me back CONFIRMING my insurance does cover me but i have additional charges and As i am trying to ask what are the charges for etc she kept trying to disregard my questions and forward me over to the hygienist to explain to me. I thought she dealt with the insurance? NOT the hygienist... NOT wasting my time, cancelled my appointment and will not be returning. My husband will not be returning either. We will go somewhere else.

Dr Polaski is phenomenal as well as Oppenheimer! Recently, Dr Oppenheimer had to do an extraction plus a bone-graph that was recommended by Dr Polaski. Not doubt it was not fun, however the team at Tomalty (west Delray) alway makes my visits like this, as comfortable as possible. A week later, I was concerned that it wasn’t healing correctly. So they immediately saw me yesterday and put my mind at ease. Everything looks great and while it may not feel good at the moment, I am on the right track. They really have the best, I feel in customer service of any dentist I have been to.

My hygienist, Stephanie, and Dr. Dawn are absolutely wonderful professionals and very caring individuals. They always explain what they are doing and ask if I am okay. What can I say. I still hate going to a dentists office. But.....Dr. Hennessy is truly caring about his patients. He explains everything. Makes his patients feel as comfortable as possible, and explores all options for treatment.The office staff is always cheerful and pleasant.Extraction is not painless (after the novocain wears off) but the experience here is the best you can get.

Tomalty Dental is the crème de la crème of dentistry. Customer service at the highest level and dentists with true talent and bedside manner to boot.Front desk staff and assistants all highly trained and courteous. Dr Emily is my personal favorite and played a huge part (along with dentists in Boynton tomalty)in fixing my smile. So many more people to name. Prices are on par with other dentists but let me tell you from someone whos had a tooth extraction in mexico and a porcelain crown on Park ave you dont wanna nickle and dime your dentist.

I had an emergency and I didnt have a dentist. No problem! They took me in. The staff couldnt be nicer and the office is an immaculate state of the art modern office . Dr. Polasky was so pleasant, gentle, easy to talk to and she explained exactly what she was going to do for me. I get my new crown in a couple of weeks and I plan to go back and use her for all of my future dental needs.
