Every experience I’ve had here has been great and very helpful. The team members here are welcoming and always greet you as you enter and make sure to assist you in any questions you may have. They have a variety of fun and creative school supplies. I love that they are willing price match items you are interested in.I also would like to mention that I am incredibly proud and support Office Depot for including a section of self defense protection for women. Including these devices not only helps to raise awareness but is supporting women. This is more than taking down some creep. These tools also provide you peace of mind. Deciding which item to carry for self defense can sometimes be quite confusing. With the different options to choose from here at least it will help you make a decision as to which of the personal protection devices are best for you.Thank you Office Depot for taking action and raising awareness for women.

I brought in documents to be printed an a Monday. Was told 1-2 days and will receive an email when order completed. Paid when ordering. Never recd email and after 3 days called, yes order was ready and they were quite rude. Never going there again.

When I entered the store the man who greeted me was lovely, but from there it got ugly.Employee behind the printer counter was cussing. Told another customer ‘I don’t give a f’ Mumbled and did not speak to anyone clearly, yet would become irritated when a customer was not clear what she said.Tinika who is the operations manager at this store came to help with my service and was on a personal call asking someone where they were at/telling them not to talk to her in that manner.Attitudes were aggressive, put out and mean.Every customer (about a half dozen) I saw them interact with, they bullied.It was comical and scary all at the same time.

I was there to buy office supplies recently (Breaking News at CNN!). They were severely understaffed, and the few employees there were stressed out, and no one could help me out as they were all occupied. It was frustrating and I left. I know retail and other businesses are having trouble hiring, so I don’t fault the employees. When things get better on the hiring front, I’ll go back.

The sales manager Katheryn was so helpful with the special requests that my wife had she was very pleasant and friendly. I truly appreciate service people with such a positive attitude 🙏🏼👍🏼💯

The tech department is awesome. Greg Nolan, their technician, is extremely nice as well as competent and accommodating. He has helped me with computer issues several times and always has been able to solve my problem quickly.

Horrible service. You make a line to register at an electronic booth. If you need to mail anything gotta go to the cashier and make another line to buy, not the label nor the stamp but the book of stamps. Then make another line or wait to give the envelope to customer service. The instances of waiting or getting in line to mail onr thing 👎👎👎👎👎

After what I saw at the print center today, not sure how the employees deal with these NASTY snowbirds. 3 associates and 10 customers literally. One was multi tasking, one printing, other on phone. Customer demanded attention because she felt she would be easy to checkout then proceeded to argue with the associate claiming thats not how office depot in New York does things. Pfft.

I wanted to return a H&R Block software because they advertised 100% Satisfaction 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. The manager as soon as showed up told me that the product was open and it was not able to be returned. I could not even explain the reason and my research. She just listened her cashier and intermediately took a firmly decision and she informed it to me in a rude way without any respect. How can you evaluate a software if you do not open the box. I would like to ask her?Anyway. I deserve respect as a customer so my experience will keep me away of this store. I hope the management works in this problem. The customers service provided for the retail stores, like Office Depot, is definitively his best argument against the ruthless internet. Good luck!!

Absolutely terrible service. Don’t go here. Walked into the store. 4 employees chit chatting . No one acknowledged my existence. No one asked me what I needed. I asked for help and they basically said I had to wait. I only wanted stamps. I wanted to know if they had a mailbox. If I could FedEx? No help at all. Wait your turn.

Great staff and wonderful customer service. The copy center seems a little understaffed, as the supervisor is always running around trying to help 2 to 5 customers at a time. Besides that, amazing store. I come here often!

Horrible service. manager was rude. They werent willing to open a box to sell me A ream of paper That would have been cheaper. managers reasoning was its a Box and I cant open it. Office depot apparently hired the wrong person for the manager job. They missed the mark. I will no longer shop at office depot.

Card got stolen and the female staff member that talked to me over the phone was very quick and angry sounding with her responses then hung up after telling me to call corporate. Only one star based off the printing department employee Nicole is very rude pretends to be so busy she won’t assist you and if she does it’s in a manner that makes you feel illiterate! I was waiting for printer assistance because I did not want to just press any button her response was all you do is press control p click the quantity then call me when your done . This is the second time this has happened with the same employee, she worked with one customer excessively without even making sure the others are tended to always off tasks in other departments even a co worker had to remind her that there are others waiting. Next time I will call to complain about this or just ask for assistance from another employee!

8 people in line. 2 of the register people were moving so SLOW I thought they were going to come to a complete standstill. Where was the store manager? Tuesday afternoon 5pm. I had gone to another location with HELPFUL courteous Sales people but they did not have what I needed so they looked up product and sent me to.this location.

Who said they were going out of business???? They are doing fine, and if you need office supplies, or just stuff for your home office, this is the place to go. Get their card for bonuses and sign up for e-mail alerts.You wont regret it.

I visited your store yesterday to order a printing job. I was fortunate to have Alyshia Rego work with me. She is professional, knows her business and was a pleasure to work with! When I picked up my order today she remembered me and my order was completed and she did a great job. Too often good employees do not get recognized, Ahyshia is a credit to your store!

Office Depot is not the great store they once were, sale items are limited in availability. I find not only the manager too busy in assisting a customer, but the floor staff and cashiers are obviously unhappy with their jobs. That they are currently not allowed to ring up items by quantity, rather each item, one at a time, is frustratingly time consumer. Beware, although most stores certainly can pull up receipts of prior receipts, if you dont have yours, then your better keeping what ever you have purchased, even if its only partially working as you end up paying a return fee that makes one feel that even a known frequent customer, doesnt matter.

Us as Employees we give the customers the great service ever. Even we are in a bad or good mood we are in, we welcome them with our heart and respect.

Office Depot boast about being environmentally responsible but they do not recycle a thing. All that paper being wasted in the printing department and management still has not taken an initiative to start recycling. I purposefully avoid Office Depot and Office Max. They are gonna belly up soon anyways.

Called this morning to find out about two pieces of Office Furniture. I had the item numbers. Explained that I do not have Internet access yet as I’m new here. Asked if salesperson, whim I was speaking to, could look up in their computer when the delivery date would be. Told me gruffly that I had to come into store and they’d have to get my information. Not true. I was in their competitors store yesterday, and was able to look up on computer there delivery dates. So, this store has sales people who are not willing to go out of their way for the customer. By the way, I called before 9am so it wasn’t like the store was filled with customers.

The store manager is the reason this review is low. I am a professional that has used the services of the copy department many times. I was impressed by the department manager Jen who gave me wonderful customer service and was very organized with my orders. She was promoted and left this store.I had a large order for lamination and asked for the same price point I had used in all my previous orders. The copy tech had to call the store manager for assistance. I waited 10 minutes and asked the lady if the manager was coming up to speak with me. She said he is right over there, he was straightening boxes on a shelf ???He came up to the counter and said he could not guarantee the price point Jen had given me but he would call Jen and ask about how she entered it in to the system and would get back to me later that day. He never called me. I called him he stated he could not do any better that what he originally quoted me. I said OK lets go through with the order. It is priority and needs to be done by Wednesday. He wrote up the order. Today (Wednesday) I called to see if my order was in yet. The clerk stated the order was wrote up to be in Thursday. The store manager put the wrong day on the order as the clerk stated she heard me ask for Wednesday.Needless to say the store manager started his vacation today and was not available and my project will be late

Office Depot can be good or bad due to management. This one is excellent. Good, knowledgeable staff and willing to help. Parking is spacious.

Was just in the store. Two clerks chatting at front door. Girl says Hello but goes right back to chat. I ask guy for help. Hes clueless, scanner/phones dead & as we walk to tech area, she tries to stop him to show him a photo on her phone. WTH?? Theyre there to work, not show each other whats on their cell phones or chat socially. Store was empty. Only after I asked for help did I get the guy to try.

Sales associates in the office furniture department acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me....associate at the front registers were friendly and helpful.

I needed to send a fax. There were two Associates working that department I was having trouble working their fax machine one associate told me just pick up the phone and hang up because it didnt go through never walked over help me. I tried again and it still didnt go through so I called over the other associate and he just took the paper out of where I had it which was wrong and just kind of laughed and stuck it where it belonged and told me to try again. No help. Disappointed

I visited the shop today and your employee Greg helped me with a tablet. You didnt have the size I wanted but he searched for it online or at one of your other stores. I told him that my problem was that I couldnt get my current tablet started after I had left it in my car. He helped me troubleshoot it and it is now working. Thank you Greg!

If you dont know exactly what you need do not bother coming here..I had a simple question and 4 sales guys (kids) later I couldnt get a straight answer..

I dont normally rate places but i needed to say something here... I had 4 sheets of regular A4 pages i needed to have laminated as my laminater at home broke this morning ... So i had the plastic sheets needed this was 9:31 am on Saturday 03/02/19 by the way. I asked the guy the cost he said would be $2.67 per page so i said i have the plastic all i need it to run them through the laminater can you not work with me here pls? It was not about the $$ believe me but about the service. He went off to ask his manager an Asian lady who would not even hear the story. She did not even look at me she just told him NO thats the price and thats it own sheets of plastic or not she did not care. I mean even if she came and spoke to me in a nice way would have been acceptable but she has no customer service skills at all.... I walk out just out of principle i will tell all i know about this experiance and never put my foot back in this store again. I just started a new job and need a laptop that i was interasted in there but ill look else were ( Pound foolish and penny wize) perfect example. I did go to Staples the guy was great i explaind my story to him he said well if you all ready have the plastic sleeves i will not charge you just to run it through our laminater Great Customer service there.

I went to the store to have them install Windows Office and Kaspersky anti-virus software. There were four young employees (?) at the Tech counter talking to each other and blissfully ignoring me. After some ten minutes I left. My recommendation: go the Office depot at Federal and Yamato. Their technical staff is good.

UNDERSTAFFED AND INEFFICIENT!I came from another store because their laminator broke down and there is only one person who knows how to run the machine. The manager didnt have anything to say to me after I complained that 6 customers have been waiting for service before me for half an hour.

Worst service ever, I was trying to send email to the printing service section, while I was in the store, to print some family photos on white paper, I need for immigration purposes, the young lady behind the counter refused to print them, and told me to print them my self on the copy machine in front of the counter, I asked for help, she said do it your self by sending the email to the copy machine and copy what you want. I left the store, never to go back there again. No wonder they are loosing business to competitors .It was never like that before, I spent over $750 this year only in printing in that store. Will never go back to that store again.

Had to get copies of a death certificate which was very tricky to copy because of watermarks. The employee tried 5 copiers until he got it right.

Generally had that Im looking for, sometimes selection is not what I hope for.

My experience is not very pleasant, in this office depot in particular the customer service is terrible and they say what is fast, fast does not have anything I had to wait almost an hour for what they will look for a computer chair and on top of this there was a price where the sample was and they wanted to charge me at another very different price is my experience and I omitted many more details of that occasion

Too bad there are always too many customers online, slow and complacent employees.
