I took my laptop to this place shortly after Thanksgiving 2020. So the context is that this is during the pandemic with all the stress of social distancing and the constant threat of infection.Anyway:Brought in on a Saturday. The hours listed online say that they open at 10:00 AM on Saturdays, so I pulled up just after 10:00. I couldn’t find the entrance, so I called and was told that someone would be there a little later, around 11:00 AM. No biggie, I had other errands to run.Leave and come back around 11:00, still no dice. Door’s locked, no sign of anybody, call and learn that they’re still on their way. Another person walked up and we both said we were told 11:00 - they left while I waited about 30-40 minutes. Still, this could be a fluke. A busy weekend.Person arrives, we go upstairs together. I describe my issue briefly and drop my laptop off. I was told I would get a call sometime on Monday after someone else takes a look at the device, so I wait. On Monday afternoon, after not getting a call, I call them after work. I get told very hastily what the problem is and ask when would be good for me to come in. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go in that week, so that’s on me.But I don’t get a follow-up for the whole week. That Saturday, about one week after I dropped my laptop off, I send an email (I took a business card when I first went) to check in and ask about coming in the next week. A whole week passes and I get no reply. So I send another email the following Saturday, after two weeks of no contact on their part. I go in on Monday morning and there are four or five employees in there. I’m quickly told the same thing I was told on the phone more than a week before and I leave without issue. I only interacted/communicated with one person through the whole process. (No money changed hands, so one plus for this place is that you probably won’t be charged just for finding out what’s wrong with your device.)I’m sure the others were working, since the business does stuff other than computer repair, but what bothers me is that for two weeks nobody once took time to reply to my emails or give me a call. I get that there’s a lot going on, but it would be so easy to say “sorry, we’re backed up and will get back to you.” For that lack of communication and poor professionalism, I rate this business 2/5. I have yet to find another business to get a second opinion and confirm if they correctly diagnosed the issue with my laptop.

It is such a pleasure to deal with this company. Jean, the owner, and Bruce, the CIT, are the most pleasant, efficient, fairly priced, friendly, expert, IT people Ive ever dealt with. If you are an individual with a computer issue, or a business in need of help with your network or website, you wont find a better place for help then here. Your website, and/or computer issues will be resolved by this company at a fair price, and a fast turnaround time. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it.

Extremely impressed. Because they moved, I couldnt find the store. The owner Jean went outside to meet me. My issue was a missing screw that prevented me from closing the laptop. Best Buy told me it would cost at least $250 to fix and take 2 weeks. The good folks here fixed it in 2 minutes and wouldnt accept any money. Im glad I found them!

I have been going there for years, I never have any issues with my computer, the owner is a good person, he is a people person I don’t believe in anything that lady says. She must be a cheap person who is trying to get everything for free. The owner has been fixing all my family’s computers for many years. We never have to complain about anything. That man is very smart and he knows what he is doing, so that lady is a liar and con artist.

I took my laptop in because I had an issue with the plug which caused a problem when booting up. I explained clearly the problem. They told me it would not be a problem to fix. Then shortly after I left laptop, they called me and told me it wasnt the plug but it was hard drive problem. I was instructed to buy a new HD and they would replace and restore my files from damaged hd. After I didnt hear back I called and was told that it wasnt the hard drive but was indeed the plug. I never got a clear solution. In the end I had to return hard drive and computer was never fixed. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I would not recommend this place. It was a bad experience.

Had a key missing on my laptop keyboard and got told i needed to replace my whole keyboard. Bought the key with the hinges and put it on myself. Scam. They also accuse anybody who leaves a bad review of trying to freeload off of them.

Was actually super surprised because of how good their ratings are. I didn’t have good service. They diagnosed my computer and did not identify the correct problem. When I went to pick it up it was not reassembled properly and they miss matched a bunch of screws and didn’t put screws in for my pc cover so it fell when he picked it up and he bent the pc cover right in front of me... very upset and do not trust them with my repair anymore.

I am happy with their service. I just moved here from New Jersey and my computer got hacked and they were able to send someone to my house and pickup it and fix the system right away.

Dishonest and lacking customer service. Installed w10 with business license and wanted to charge my inlaws for another year. Scammers in my eyes and they ruined the laptop as they cleared the operating system to W7 rather than correcting the listener key for W10 as asked. Stay away
