This is a great company! Ive had them clean my residence several times and as always its perfect! I love coming home from work to a beautifully cleaned home. They have the best pricing for a maid service too, I shopped around and when they told me how much I couldnt believe it. The issue Ive had with maid services is they inevitably get lazy and content. Not with these guys (or gals, I should say) they do a phenomenal job each and every time! I had the pleasure to meet the owner, what a gentleman. I will only be using this company moving forward and I suggest you give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

This cleaning service is extremely average, and then there are the other times that it is very poor. Example: windows not cleaned, ceiling fans not cleaned, dish drying mat put on floor as a rug, kitchen trash not removed. I called and explained the oversights to the franchise owner (Sarah), she assured me they would be fixed. However, it did not improve. And even though my apartment was to be cleaned on the same day every 3 weeks, there always seemed to be a different crew… no consistency and very average to very poor work. Those are the ‘very poor’ experiences, then there is the truly terrible experience: main living room table not cleaned, surfaces in the apartment that were cleaned, items moved and not put back where they came from or piled in a group in the middle of the table???, dirty cleaning rags left behind on top of my towels!, broom left behind (you can have it back), kitchen floor not moped... and that all happened on the same one cleaning, not over multiple cleanings. Solution, they came back out and re-cleaned. What a hassle to reschedule and take additional time to have them come back and re-clean. No offer to compensate for the additional hassle. Then, just two cleanings after that, again, tables dirty and kitchen floor not moped. This is a small apartment, not too difficult to remember basic items to do when cleaning. Again, only response is, they can come back out and mop the floor. I can certainly do that myself, and to save the hassle on my time and scheduling, I did it myself. After trying to be understanding multiple times, the final experience caused me to fire the Royal Maid Services of Delray Beach. These are basic items to be expect from a cleaning service, nothing special for a two bedroom apartment to be cleaned consistently. I took my time to provide this feedback to help other when they are choosing a cleaning service, my expectation is the franchised owner will attempt to discredit my experience and feedback. However this is my truthful and documented experience with Royal Maid Services of Delray Beach.

I called Royal Maid Service as we needed a thorough move in clean in Boca they were friendly and helpful on the phone and the maids did a great job cleaning so we will be using them on a regular basis in our new home.

I feel totally Ripped Off. Appliances were left dirty, as well as the kitchen counter, glass doors, mirrors...basically the first things you look at when you come into a house. It doesnt take that long to atleast just wipe it down with a Wipie for goodness sakes. I called back to complain, just got a Sorry. Waste of $100.WILL NOT HIRE AGAIN.

This was a move-in clean (3hrs)First they were 2 hrs late.They never touch the cabinets inside or outside.They never dust the blinds,The only appliance they clean was the fridge.Not happy with the service.
