LIAR and THIEF Please be Warned!!I used the Company of Mobile Laundry USA for pick up wash fold and delivery service. I left two bags of laundry and my roommate left two comforters. After receiving the service I was only given back one bag which I notice quite a few of my clothing missing and my roommate one of the comforters was not completely with dry rot and smell awful! So called the company back and spoke to Mike the owner who told me he and his assistants personally handled our items, that once wash and fold everything is condensed. I specified about SEVERAL items I had missing and the smell of the comforters. Instead of being apologetic and try to rectify the situation he proceeds to Endorse how long they’ve been in business and the big accounts and that he is not Goodwill and they do not steal clothes! Wow! He said to leave the comforters out to be picked up again and he would see if he could find anything that I was missing..Days went by and he didn’t pick up the laundry and nothing but excuses from business meeting to its his birthday! and once the comforters were picked up he would leave a bag of miscellaneous laundry and that I should rummage through pick out any that we’re mine! What? Can You say Unprofessional!! Needless to say almost all the items were mine. I forgot to mention the service was on Thanksgiving Eve (11/27) and we still has not been resolved and today is 12/19! Save yourself the time money and a headache and go else where! No refund either!!

They came to pick up my clothes in a Toyota Camery, no company sticker or logo, no brand shirt or invoice.Their whole operation was sketchy and suspicious. I looked into their hidden bad reviews and notice they steal brand clothes in order to probably sell them and get more money. Wouldn’t recommend using this service. They will come to pickup the clothes very quickly but you probably won’t see them again, at least some of them. I pulled my clothes back from their trunk and didn’t give it to them. Thank god for that!

Ive been using them every two weeks for two years and theyve been consistently reliable and on time. I call, they come, and the laundry is returned well washed and well folded - its that easy.I lived in Washington DC for 15 years and tried every remote service that city provides; each company was either overly complicated or overly priced, and I often wasnt sure whether my clothes had been cleaned or just thrown in the dryer.Thanks guys!!!

They are quickly to take your money and pick up your stuff but after weeks off being message around they finally bring my belongings back, it smelt disgusting damp like I’ve never smelled before must have been kept in their Trashbags damp for a long time, they took it again to re do it, now weeks Again and now not answering, I want my stuff back and refund, Iv never experienced A company this bad before

BEWARE! They blatantly stole hundreds of dollars worth of clothing. I dropped laundry off and after a week went back only to receive 2 of the 6 items I left. Out of the pieces stolen, three were designer. After speaking to the proprietor he dismissed my concerns with denial and was aggressive, and profane.

Guy was polite, called ahead of time was prompt and did a great job with the clothes. Will be using the service again.

I just learned of Mobile Laundry USA (Delray Beach), several days ago; and boy am I glad I did ! Coming to Florida in December for 18 years, for Christmas vacation with my family of five, always meant a lot of laundry. My Boynton Beach condo, only has small coin operated machines, which are expensive to use and Time Consuming. When I am On vacation, I dont want to spend my time doing laundry.
