DONT BRING YOU CAR FOR MAINTENANCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. We brought our Nissan for a regular oil change. When we came to pick up our car, the check engine light was on. We let them know right of way and they asked us to bring the car back. When we did, they said its engine misfire and that they checked all the steps they did and they did nothing wrong. They said its probably a coincidence. There is literally 0.0007% chances these 2 independent events happens at the same time. Bring you car to a more serious and honest place for maintenance otherwise your oil change is going to be very pricy.

My wife and I were in search of a new lease vehicle due to the fact the leased vehicle we had was about to end. We searched every dealer in the area and met with several sales people to discuss a lease plan on various SUV’s and even crossovers. We found that due to the lack of available inventory at most of the dealerships we visited were not very interested in trying to put a deal together that would work for us and them at the same time. This process lasted for about two months. We went back to HGreg Nissan in Delray Beach and spoke with Lorenzo and Mohammad. With what they had on the lot they two couldn’t put a deal together for us at that time. Unbeknownst to us Lorenzo took an interest in our situation from that day. We continued to search for an acceptable vehicle and deal that would fit our budget and needs. All the while Lorenzo would contact my wife intermittently to see if we were still looking and discuss options as he has bought of them. ( True Devotion to Making it Happen) RESPECT!!He asked us if we would like to look at a lesser vehicle that he just took delivery of on the lot and we agreed. Steve then stepped in to help because Mohammed was out I’ll. Anyway, It just didn’t feel like this was the one and So we just kept praying and searching. Finally after several weeks of this crazy experience with dealers nailing buyers for 10-20k above sticker and no incentives from the manufacturers for lease or buy programs to speak of we were about to go private and try to buy a used something. Sad to say. Then the phone rang and Lorenzo told my wife about an SUV that he may be able to get for us (Her) that may just do the trick. He wasn’t 100% sure he could pull it off but he would try. He asked the trial close question and obviously we answered yes. So we waited a few days and the call came in from Lorenzo. We went down on the last day of our lease and he was able to put together a deal for us that fit our needs and budget. Steve did all the paperwork with us and then proceeded to getting it done with F&I and pre delivery stuff. Once the deal was done Steve came down the a different dealership to pick us up after we dropped of the old lease. Then after all that Steve sat patiently in our new Nissan Pathfinder and schooled us on the electronics and functions of our new vehicle. The energy at this dealership is truly amazing and we have never been treated so well at any car dealership we have been to before HGreg. Professionals but pleasure to do business with. Was interested in a 2019 Nissan Maxima, negotiated a price, asked the salesman who happened to be the manager to send me a video of the car and didnt because it was raining and thundering and couldnt at the time. I traveled 4 hours to buy the car and it had serious scratches on it and it was very dirty. They didnt have the audacity to disclose that knowing a customer is about to travel long distance. Very disappointed. I have a lot more to say about their shady tactics, but leave it here. Another car salesman living up to their stereotype.

When I buy the car from Hgreg, i was told this was included. Still waiting on a answer for this issue, but no response going on a week. Subsequently, my rating is reduced. I can afford the oil change, but I can’t afford being given the reach around and being smiled at in the process. It’s a matter of principle. A good review is free, but acting like I got the best deal is not.

I was there over the weekend, picked out a car, negotiated a deal, they agreed to the deal, gave a deposit (They had to fix a couple items on the car), paying cash (No Finance Needed), was told to pick up the car and do all the paperwork today. Called today to find out what time the car would be ready out of service and was told that another salesman grabbed MY car out of detail and they sold it to someone else. When I told them that this is unacceptable, the answer I got was that the Right Customer for the Car came in this morning and it is what it is... This is after I already had insurance bound on the car and a cashiers check from the bank in my pocket to pick the car up as I was instructed to do. Rest assured I know a lot of car people in this area and I will make sure NONE of them ever do business here or recommend anyone here either. By the way, I also purchased my mother a vehicle here 6 months ago and still got treated this way. Worst experience Ive ever had when purchasing a car. These people do not care about customers, they care about themselves!!

Came in to this location on my day off, thinking I would get some assistance to purchase a vehicle that day. I made an appointment with Andrew who was with a client when I walked in which the team try to have me sit and wait for. I took it upon myself to walk around the location with no assistance; once Andrew was finish he tried to assist me.
