I have many issue about my services before, they left opened the top of the Coolant liquid, I had vibration on my engine between 35 and 55 mph amd you said it’s normal ( it’s not, are you waiting to I lose the warranty???, fix that Immediately, I requested to put a sprinkler to fix my Center rear seat 💺 and you didn’t, by the way you charged me 90$$$ for labor, only for installing a simple sprinkler and you didn’t fix it really, this is disappointing and frustrating !!!

Michael Young is the best Service Advisor. I have had many Service Advisors through the years and he is the best.I do have a complaint though.. I bought a new rear view mirror Aug. 14th 2019 and it was put on by a service worker there. It fell off the day of my last service Sept. 29th on my way home. I went to a body shop and it cost $20.00 to put back on . Should not have come off in two years. Disappointed! I would have gone back to Delray Honda, but did not want to drive that far without a rear view mirror.

I bought the car from this dealership before it changed ownership and it also was a positive.Yesterday I went to look at the new CRV. The salesman was terrible. I asked if he knew the cubic space of the trunk on the Accord for comparison. He said he had no idea. No offer to find out (easily found on Google). He never attempted to ask any questions about our needs or share any features, offer any assistance. He just said he would leave us to look around and disappeared. Our feeling was we werent worth his time. We left.

Steer clear of this place. I bought a car here after Devon promised to handle the return of my previous car. This wasn’t handled as promised and now I’m stuck with a several thousand dollar bill. I have called several times and sent a number of emails. After initial promises were made to look into it, these promises were broken by Devon and his manager Jim and I have received absolutely no response and no resolution. Absolutely awful experience and I can’t stress enough that you avoid this shady dealership. I definitely regret doing business with such an unprofessional establishment.

Ive been looking into a Honda Pilot Elite for a few months now. After going thru some really bad experiences with my local Honda Dealership, I started browsing the web and found what I want with several dealerships. Devon Miuccio was one who called me back. You dont find too many real & professional salesmen these days but Devon was exceptional. He was professional, kind, honest and truthful - no games. He worked with me for a couple of months, let me say that again - HE WORKED WITH ME FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS!!, (because we all know some will work with you for a couple of hours and just let you go, and helped me in every way possible to get me what I wanted for the deal I wanted. He was fair and I wanted to be fair and receive fairness. Spoke to James in Finance and worked out the numbers etc. This dealership was 2 hours away from my home. By the time I got there, Devon had everything ready, James came and introduced himself along with Tyler. Everything was ready from the vehicle, to the test drive to the financing & paperwork. This was seriously the best experience Ive had with a dealership in such a long time! Huge dealership, amazing staff, the most organized Ive ever seen, and honestly a great environment! I give them an 11 out of 10!! Would definitely recommend to all and so worth the drive! I promise you will not regret it one bit!

I have always gone to a different Honda dealership but was told by a friend to check out the Delray location, and it was WELL worth the drive!!! We dealt with Lori and Jimmy and they were so phenomenal! My husband and I got the HRV (which Lori helped us pick out) and we love love love it!!! The financial department was very nice, the manager on staff was soooo sweet, even the insurance rep helped me reduce my payments and find the right coverage for our family! I have always been skeptical of stealerships and my experience here solidified that. The classic and bait and switch tactic- flew from out of state to purchase a car that was a “local” car only to find out it was from NY with rust. I had paid a $2000 deposit in good faith to purchase it only for the car to be misrepresented/ falsified and now they are retaining $1000. But what would a young, female know. Careful of these men trying to bull horn you into a deal. Shady business. Do yourself a favor and go to Toyota next door, I was treated better from the get-go not even as a customer

When I arrived for my appointment, I waited for my absent service scheduler while other schedulers ignored my presence. Why make an appointment? My oil change and tire rotation appointment took almost 2 hours.The battery in my new car died after 1 year, was replaced, and 2 years later needed to be replaced again.Dont buy batteries from Honda!PS The email address in their response below doesnt work, either.

Delray Honda had a car listed that I was ready to pay cash for, for $22,478 with an internet savings of $3978 bringing it down to $18,500. Then they went and added a bunch of bogus fees of $3471 to bring the price back up to about what they listed it for to begin with.Then the sale manager made a wise crack about me being out of state that I wouldn’t accept the deal. I understand the car business well, but why is it you have to play games. This is why I and many people I know hate buying cars, it’s a miserable experience.A $999 doc fee (why not just make it $1000) and $1594 in added accessories? Who adds accessories to a 7 year old loaded Honda?You treat the public like we are stupid. I don’t care if there is a car shortage, you can go make a $6000 profit on someone else.All you did was reaffirm that the car industry is the sleaziest business around!
