I was able to make an online appointment for the same day, whereas Quest didnt have anything available for at least a week. The pleasant phlebotomy technician did a great job. This was the first time in many years that I didnt get bruised. Unfortunately this location is only staffed by one person, but she really does a great job considering how much she does.
I went there and they were having an emergency, the EMS were taking away someone but the girl said give me your paperwork and Ill start processing it and 2 min later I was in and the woman was so nice and joking with me, then I was out the door. Im only giving this 4 stars because it was hard to find, they could use a better sign. the woman who took the blood is 5 star (sorry I cant remember your name)

Don’t honor stay your car waiting for your appointment for the pandemic but let you say you are there and sit there and wait then tell you when you come in they say they can’t do it that way. Once in they don’t care, they are rude and you ask for management and that is the management. And it is the manager who is addressing you. Such horrible service. Will definitely try Quest the next time.
Great blood draw experience for a usual difficult draw at other places. Great job!! In and out in 20 minutes with appointment. Make an appointment before going. Tiny office. In and out fast.
KENDRA is the shining star 🌟 of this office.....Shes only a part time worker at this location but all the patients that Ive chatted with in the waiting room after that she should be given the opportunity to have a full time position.....Shes the bomb!!!
Horrible service...I didnt get my results ...No one answers the phone calls...Ive left already 4 messages and sent 4 emails and no response .....How can a Lab company ignores their clients and dont return the calls or reply emails.....DONT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only one woman working at this location. Not very efficient. Also, I have blood work done frequently (as I have a chronic illness), so I drink a LOT of water & I have easy veins. Despite those factors I still developed a big bruise from the needle...go to another location!!
Made an appointment online. They have a new check in system with a QR code scan and I was in and out in 20 mins. The same woman helps with check in and takes the blood. She was very nice and found my veins and took the blood with ease (this us usually a difficult process for me) Excellent location.
Woman at the front desk. Rude! Rude! Rude! Young lady doing the lab work, sweet as sugar. Hopefully shell rub off on the other. No privacy tho. Getting blood drawn in the room that shares the bathroom so people leaving cups of urine right beside me. Gross!
This place is super fast and professional, the Lady taking the blood samples I think her name was Kendra,she is the best quick and very nice. She’s a keeper
Awful, as LabCorp always is...woman yelling at patient and disclosing personal info in front of everyone. RUDE! RUN don’t walk to another lab.
Took each of my parents in and each time came away impressed with and thankful for the quiet efficiency and respect of these employees.
One person working the entire office. Took an hour for blood work, with one other patient waiting in the office. I recommend going to a different one.

I had a confirmed appointment at 10am. The express check in process took over 20 minutes due to the number of clients signing in. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I was told that I was listed as a walk-in since they had misplaced my confirmation information (even though I showed them my confirmation email). At 11am I was still fasting and was told that there were 3 people ahead of me. I left at that time and will not be back.
They only pack the horse that can carry the load. Too bad! This lady is buried!!
Been waiting for 30 minutes with nobody else here. I have no idea what they do this whole time but customer service is clearly not their top priority.
