There is no better lab service anywhere!Mellisa is amazingly competent, knows what she’s doing and is a total pleasure. There lab testing is done quickly and efficiently. Results are back to you very fast and are very clear and easy to see. Anything out of “normal range” is grouped together at the top which I’ve never seen done anywhere. Don’t go anyplace else. Quick, easy, and helpful. I was able to leave my home, walk-in (without an appt.) for a pre employment drug test, and return home all in under 30 minutes. If anyone can name a place that does it quicker than that I’ll be surprised.

Repeat customer, First time reviewer... I planned to pay out of pocked for full workup and two add-ons (I test 4x./yr.). My local Village of Golf Q#### D########## lab (not sure if I can write full name) was crowded with a 30min wait, despite my having gone through an INSANE automated-only booking process for an appointment (and didnt even have a spare mask... though I should have remembered to bring one - my bad... necessitating my return home to grab one, and returning to find I had still not been called) finally gave me an estimate for $980 (though politely offering it to me in writing, without my asking) while ALTN offered to perform the same tests, as a 3min wait walk-in for $308. Results arrived 3 business days later, and Im happy w speed and service.Side Note 1:Woman who drew my blood on this occasion and previously has GREAT HANDS by the way. Shes the branch manager of the shop by Atlantic & Military in Delray Beach. Very experienced, quick and smooth.Side Note 2: I was actually dehydrated the first day and after a preliminary slow drip (my term for it, at least) attempt, I suggested to return following day, having adequately hydrated in the interim. She had no problems accommodating my request, rather than trying to convince me to stay and tolerate repeated dry jabbing, the way various doctors offices and other laboratories have done in the past. Following day, came as a walk-in, again. After zero waiting, and tolerating my attempts at water-retention related humour, she hit the spot on first try and filled two tubes in under a minute.Objectively speaking, that was good service and personally, a good experience overall. Not something frequently said about blood testing, I think. Recommend (at least the Atlantic & Military location) fully.

The staff was great. They were especially helpful and patient with my children having to take the covid tests.

If I could give a negative I would! The only thing that easy was setting up my appointment. The phlebotomist was clearly having an off day and I should have left after the first stick (it was 3 in total). After finally getting my blood I was given a receipt with the wrong test on it and I had to call from my car for a correction. Now on the estimated day (Thursday) my labs would be in I call for my results since I haven’t received an e-mail. I was told the results aren’t in “you can call back tomorrow or it will be emailed to you since that’s the option you chose.” It’s now Friday I’m at my doctors appointment and still no labs so I call again to be told my labs are in but I have to pick them up . Paperwork was reviewed where I clearly chose the email option and provided my email & when I called my paperwork was reviewed AGAIN where the email option was seen. Not once did the staff inform me I had to come back to the office to pick up my results. So my scheduled appointment to review my labs was a waste! Money and time completely wasted!

Oh my, Mellissa is so amazing!!! So sweet, very knowledgeable. We definitely will come back especially for her. Her injections are harmless and quick. I didnt feel a thing! She made me feel so comfortable and she even gave me some movie ideas. Thank you Melissa!!!

The office was very clean. The entire process was quick and painless, literally. She was very good at drawing blood. I know I have difficult veins and most of the times I have them draw from my hand which can hurt. Not this time. Also results were received within 24 hours.

Lazy Staff, completely misleading on the website. I specifically booked an appointment on THEIR website for a blood draw at 4:30. I work 2 jobs and barely have any time during the day. I get there and the dumb lady in the front says the last blood draw is at 4:15 and refused to perform the lab work i desperately needed. This place is a disgrace

I got a same day appointment and was seen right away! The staff was also very kind.

Melissa has blood drawing down to an art form. Her technique is flawless and didn’t cause any discomfort or pain. Highly skilled and professional and maintains a sterile work setting. I’m really happy I choose this place to have my labs drawn as previous places I’ve chose in the past had staff that had poor technique that caused unnecessary discomfort.
