I called in and the phone was answered very quickly. The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with Human Services.

They never answer the phone

It took forever but I finally found a really nice lady to answer my call. It shouldnt be that hard though.

One time i came here and while i was filling out some papers the girls who work here talk about the people ones they are done helping them.

Everytime i come to this place, i feel disrespected by the employees. They should talk to you with more empathy because of the situation you are going through..

I don’t understand why they never answer the phone when we call.

The workers are soo rude! You go for help and they act like your supposed to know everything. I always try contacting mi worker but they never answer!! So unprofessional i hate this county its soo hard to receive benefits they make it so hard like they dont want you to receive nothing. They also take dayss in contacting you back and everytime i call the place they never answer!!!!

People come and ask questions to the receptiosnists and once the person leaves the receptionists talk about the person...so unprofessinal!!!! Hate having to come here!!!!!

Very rude, they expect us people; regular citizens, to know everything about welfare when thats the reason we come to visit is because we need help.
