You know, it is nice this type of thing is in place for when you come and visit your inmate, but everytime, I get completely annoyed by the way your treated. My husband visits his brother and I wait with our kids, they dont like the kids to play with toys, the bigger Lady pretty much follows them around and fix toys as they play, no joke. I sit with my kids and I watch them very closely, I make them clean up after themselves, they are well behaved, I understand maybe some parents dont. She also closes incredibly early to straighten up. Cleanliness is a virtue, but toys are for playing not there to look pretty. This last time the bigger Lady left early and a younger woman was there and the toy area was completely closed, talk about being ocd. we drove a long time to get here to have the kids sitting down in front of the TV the whole time, we left and went to McDonalds. To add to my frustration I tried to allow my son 5 to use the restroom, sending my 10 to set the paper for him and the women said I had to go in with him which made him uncomfortable, I usually wait out the door. Rediculous.
The cashier was very friendly and she talked about the promos that they had. Waiting time was a fair one. A bit busy and no place to sit inside but great service
