I never personally had ‘farmers insurance’ & I am glad I didn’t.However, from my parents experience with them & not only their Delano location.. I would never personally have them as my insurance carrier.Rude customer service, even after years of giving them the time of day.

This farmers agent has gone down hill after 17 years of being a customer. Rude and incompetent employees are the reason that I have now switched to state farm.
