I opened an auto insurance policy and the woman, who is only in Delano office once a week and usually in Waco office, went above and being to provide excellent service by being extremely informative in the different options and at what costs. Really unprofessional they told us we had to wait 40 mins for a guy to help us but there was a girl there . Then we get there after 40 mins and now the guy is going to be late 30 more mins its frustrating

Looks like I’m walking into a dirty house . That’s why the carpet is red I guess so you can’t see the stains but it’s dirty inside and the girls who work there look like they just got out of bed ! So unprofessional!! And the guys also except some handsome guy in there that looks like the only Knowledgeable one in the whole store. They need to be more hands on and work faster the place is huge for slow workers and there’s 5 tables and there’s only 3 workers !!place needs to be updated and trained to a certain extent seriously!!

They say a quote and when your gonna make a payment it turns out to be another emplyers need to be honest!

They give good service but lack common sense, wait 45 min. my shift and when they finally answered me at the window they left me waiting to receive payments over the phone and I had to wait again.I guess you also have to be patient😵
