Lady asked questions, didnt listen to answers and suggested we could save money filing amended return online.YOU CANT FILE AN AMENDED RETURN ONLINE.Who answered the phone, the janitor? Seriously, if you want to avoid contact just say so. THAT I understand.

Very upset very was told we will get are stimulus check on the serve card now we are not.I called the IRS they said you needed direct deposit was mever suppose go on any card. No straight answers at all all about the money. I added my bank account and still nothing will never come back never.
