I felt we were taken advantage of with the price which was charged. The sales person knew I had no other option. Then I was given a skid steer and breaker. However, the breaker was obvious to small for the machine. We had to purchase hoses elsewhere, and put them on your rental. No discount given for this valuable time we loss.

We have been using this company for a long time. All of our experiences with this company have been very good. Tiffany and her staff have always been helpful as well as being well versed in the products they provide.

I love this place they have all the cool stuff. They have always worked with me when I need something for the weekend. The salesman even comes in on his day off to help me. I will be needing a 40 boom to work on my barn this spring and plan on getting it from them. Thanks

I have been using United Rentals in DeKalb for over 20 years going back to when it was RSC. Shawn has always went above and beyond with my rental needs. I have always been satisfied with any equipment, tools & consumables that I have purchased from them over the years. I may not be the biggest contractor in the area but they always take care of me.

Awesome people, great customer service. Not sure why the past couple reviews were so negative maybe poor service in the past all I know is the team over there is extreamly helpful. I have a job coming up at the end of the week and I’m not positive what type of lift I’ll need so they are going to the job site to check it out and inform me of what I’ll need. Lady who answered my call was not friendly and made me feel like an idiot after asking a few simple questions. She said no ones been there in a month, wonder why?

Website says can return latest 7pm but gates lock at 5 PM also there equipment does not have a standard hitch . It varies between all ball hitch sizes and even a hook hitch. Also the staff wouldnt hook up the item and did not start the equipment before it left there lot . So there was no way to know if it was in working order . All around I say rent from SUNBELT .. they know what there doing with universal hitches and they check the equipment before it leaves .

The woman at the desk seemed annoyed I even walked through the door. Very disgruntled and unhelpful. They want my local business, act like you want it and actually have the small things in stock for the next day. I stopped to reserve for the next day, at 1pm and was told their driver already left. I wanted a plate compactor and concrete saw. I am done with this place. Already had an account there I will probly never use again. Two doors down had everything I needed with a smile and a thank you for my business.

Jokers! $325 to use a machine for 5 minutes! No thank you!
