Rented a trencher from them and first off I was worried about having a tire blowout with the trailer they had me use. There was a huge dry rot crack in one tire. Then the mud flap was gone that keeps the dirt from being thrown back into the hole. So there was 4 inches of loose dirt in the bottom of the trench that had to be removed by hand in order for my trench to be deep enough to pass the county inspection. Then the worst part was the teeth were so worn the machine would not cut a full depth trench. The self propelled machine would not move at all. Took us 5 hours to run a 24 inch trench 150 feet in clean black dirt. We literally had to pull the machine with the self propelled tires engaged in order to make any progress. Then when I explained my troubles they wouldn’t do anything for me. Never going back here. Ever.
