Been coming here since kids were little grew to staff like family!! Best staff ever and I have never felt so comfortable having them work on my kids! The trust issues are great and they make my kids feel comfortable and that’s what’s important to me! Will always rate them high!

I haven’t been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time. I’ve dreaded today like no other. Upon walking in I was greeted warmly. The dental assistant I had was amazing she made me feel so at ease. Then the doctor came in we discussed further appointments and I couldn’t be more happier. Everyone was wonderful I felt so comfortable. I will not be leaving. Thank you again for being so wonderful ❤️

My youngest daughter was breastfeed and her teeth looked like she had a bottle too long. The dentist we saw Dr. Moran was very kind and said it was just how they grew in. Pleased to say he did amazing and Courtney the assistant was helpful in making my daughters teeth so pretty!! Thank you! This means more than you know♡

Dr. Gandhi has been so great! I have an autistic son and all the staff were extremely accommodating. Weve been coming here for years and Im also really glad they are covid safe.

It was hard to pick a star for this place. If it wasn’t for Dr. Gandhi and how amazing she is with my four kids we wouldn’t go back. The front desk is very rude, almost every time we’ve been in there. The tech staff is split 50/50 we either get someone we love or someone who’s terrible with kids. We unfortunately don’t have a ton of options of where our insurance allows us to go, but this would not be my top choice.

Been to this place since my kids where 1 yr old. I like the service its even better now that they have the new location. My kids love it here and they always let me make 2 apt for both my kids at the same time.

Staff are very friendly everytime i go.3 out of 5 appointments were moved earlier which was accommodating!The office is very clean and at a comfortable temperature.I am very pleased that I found this office and will continue to keep going!!Also was a huge help they accepted state insurance!!

Honestly, I would give 0 stars if possible. The only decent thing about the place is that they took my insurance. The dentist did a complete hack job to the right side of my mouth. She seemed to be taking her time, which I appreciated. Then she must have saw that she had another patient next to me then basically stopped midway of what she was doing, even though I knew she wasnt done. She had given me atleast 10 shots to numb me, which was outrageous. Almost 5 months later, I can barely chew on the right side of my mouth most days. I am thankful I never went back to have them do the left side, or I probably would never be able to eat. I have such a terrible ache dialy where she performed the fillings. Beware, this is the type of place that makes you fearful of going to the dentist. I finally had to block their number after numerous phone calls of trying to get me to schedule another appointment, even after I told them I would never return to their business again.

The staff is amazing and very professional. Dr. Modi is honestly very nice, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. She explains the procedure step by step. The dental assistants are also very nice. Danny was awesome during my visit. He made the process feel less stressful. I definitely recommend this place. My son looks forward to all his dentist appointments. I give this place a 5 star review.

I finally found a dentist we trust and feel comfortable with. All the staff are friendly and most importantly the facility is always clean. Part 1 -- Im honestly very shocked to see how many great reviews there are at this dental office. If I could give it 0 stars, I truly would because from my experience, they do not deserve 1 star. This was the most unprofessional, rude, uneducated dental office I have EVER been to. When I walked into my appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude, cold, and unprofessional. As a receptionist, she is the face of the office and should not treat patients the way that she does. If I knew her name I would add it-- all I know is that she was middle-aged, had brown hair, glasses, and American. She did not greet me, instead she kept doing what she was doing so I just stood there until she finally gave me a cup with some solution in it to rinse my mouth. She did not direct me to the bathroom (and mind you this was my FIRST time being there). Then I was placed in a chair and started getting some Xrays of my teeth. I made small talk with who I thought was a dental hygienist, but I was informed that NO ONE was a dental hygienist, just random workers... they do not have ANY dental hygienists there, let alone at least some education or knowledge --- which makes sense throughout my appointment. Eventually, the dentist comes in and it was an absolute joke. He makes me bite down and says, wow great bite, looks like theres no issues and I respond telling him that I do in fact have issues with my bite and some teeth that I wanted to get looked at. I explain to him the issue, then he looks at it again and just responds hmm oh yeah. This went on for the other 5 issues that I explained to him. He basically just confirmed everything AFTER I said something. I went to the dentist to get a checkup and ensure that everything was okay and gain some clarity with some issues and also to get a cleaning, however, I felt as if I was the one clarifying my issues to the dentist who just agreed to everything and in the end, gave NO answers or solutions. It felt as if I was speaking with someone who knew NOTHING about teeth. One ridiculous suggestion that he was pushing for me to do was shave my tooth. He brought out the tool and saying how he can shave my top tooth so it wouldnt touch my bottom tooth, but that makes absolute NO SENSE when that would just ruin my tooth. It is a poor, temporary solution and does not fix the underlying problem. At this point, I felt like I wasted my time at Dekamore Dental. Then, while I was waiting to get my teeth cleaned, a patient (mother) was storming out because the tech was being rude to her and her son by saying inappropriate/unprofessional things along with her tone of voice. The patient was yelling and told her to not speak to her that way and stormed out. Now, here is where I was extremely disappointed. As a nurse, I work with patients. It ranges from difficult to very awesome patients, but no matter WHAT, I give the best care I can and do so in a PROFESSIONAL manner. That tech then started laughing, along with her coworkers, and they started to make fun of her, mock, and swear. First, if she felt the absolute need to do that, ENSURE that there are NO patients in the building or do so in a PRIVATE manner. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave at that point. It made me feel like I could not speak up or share my experience because majority of the staff are young, immature women. Eventually, the tech assigned to clean my teeth came. She tells me that she has to floss my teeth, which I was happy about and had no issues with. First off, I have no words to describe how POORLY of job she did. She did not even go in between my teeth, missed a LOT of teeth, and was digging her nails into my gums. I started to get frustrated and wanted to tell her to stop, but I kept my mouth shut and let her do her job because I thought maybe the cleaning will be better. No, it was not.

I had a broken tooth. I called Delaware Dental and got an appointment very quickly. They were very friendly and followed strict Covid 19 procedures to keep everyone safe. I was impressed with their facilities and dentists, dental assistants, and office staff. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

The building is clean and very kid friendly ! I am happy with the care we received. I signed my other daughter and my fiancé up for appointments.

I’d give this place a zero if I could. I went in to have 3 cavities filled. Had them filled, still had pain and sensitivity so I had them re-filled. Then I started having some of the worst pain ever in my face. My jaw, my top teeth and horrible headaches. I went back in and they did two X-rays, said they didn’t see anything wrong and that I needed to see a specialist and that they couldn’t do anything else to help. So you mean to tell me I came in with a cavity and now I’m leaving needing to see a specialist that I have no idea if my insurance will even cover?! Not to mention the pain that I’m currently in while waiting to get in to the see the specialist!! They didn’t even offer something to help with the pain in the mean time!! Don’t believe any of these positive reviews. On my way out they have a sign offering $10 for reviews. Unbelievable!! It wasn’t even worth the $10 to write a decent review for this place.

It is the most amazing Dentist place I have ever been very professional very friendly always on time they explain everything and are very considerate about your pain they even have a good sense of humor I would recommend this place to anyone my experience has been exceptional every time

Had some issues in the past with dentists here. One of them told me I’m not really in pain, I just have anxiety. She kept working when I was crying. I ended up being referred to a specialist, and he figured out what was wrong. There was a mistake made during my procedure that was causing me a great deal of pain. I still go to Dekamore for six month cleanings but if I need anything more involved done, I get a referral to the slightly more expensive specialist.

The best experience. I was super scared to get a crown but Dr. Layer was very patient with me and explain to me the process.He is nice and super friendly. Definitely Give this place a 5 Star.

Took my 6yo there today and they were beyond amazing. My daughter wanted to see every Instrument And wanted it explained to her what they were doing. The dental hygienist and Dentist went above and beyond in showing and explaining which calmed her nerves. I was thoroughly impressed.

I had a great experience during my visit there. The dentist was very attentive to the fact that I suffer from fibromyalgia and she made sure to ask if I was okay or if too much pain,etc,..... that means ALOT to me! Having had a doctor once laugh it face because I’m a “man” who has this condition- as if it’s only for women to have! Yes, that helped shatter my trust in doctor’s; but at Dekamore Dental- I felt like I was : listened to, in good hands and got dental work done without any excess discomfort or pain! UPDATE: the dentist name is Dr. Gandhi, she deserves the praise!

Its been a while since Id been to the dentist. From start to finish the staff and Dr. Hagen have taken great care of me. It helps you to relax when you know exactly what to expect.

Ive had consistently good results with Dekamore. Sometimes wait times can be long but they take good care of you and the dentists and staff are always polite and friendly.

Going to the dentist is a lot better now than what I remember as a kid. They’ll make sure you’re numb enough so you feel zero pain. I’m completely happy with the work they do here.

Our whole family has been going to Dekamore for the last few years after moving to DeKalb and the staff is so friendly and very helpful with any questions we have. The doctors and staff are really good with our young kids as well!! Also extremely accommodating with emergencies. Most recently our youngest son fell at school and hit his front teeth on gym floor, they got him right in for a check to assure us there wasnt any real damage done!

If I could give less than one star I would. My wife was scheduled to have 2 wisdom teeth removed, And then was unceremoniously booted out before the 2nd tooth was taken out, In favor of a cavity that walked in the door. And regardless of my wifes current medical conditions that require painkillers, The staff at deckamore dental, Decided that 3 days worth of Tylenol 3 was sufficient. I had to go inside and cause a fuss, nearly getting the cops called, Just to get her a prescription for her tooth pain. After all that, she was given ibuprofen and tylenol 3.*edit* after getting home and looking at the bill, I discovered that we were actually charged $3000 for 3 teeth being pulled, when only one actualy was... Ill be contacting my insurance company in the morning about the clerical error.The lady at the desk does not even know how to wear her mask. A medical professional who does not know what side of the mask goes out. This is the most ramshackle joint I have ever run across, And neither I nor my family will ever visit this location again. I would advise all of you to find somewhere else to meet your dental needs.And another thing.When attempting to discuss private medical information, they required that to be shared out loud and at the front desk.Total violation of privacy.

Like most people I am afraid of the dentist. Until I met Dr. Hagen and his assistants Nicole and Beth (I hope thats her name) I went there to have all of my teeth pulled in preparation for dentures. Dr. Hagen is so friendly, smart and funny, I was immediately relaxed. He pulled out the top teeth lickity split, pulled bottom teeth next visit. They came out the same, awkward yet painless.. Dr. Hagen likes to let you heal in between procedures. He is so good and gental, I actually look forward to my next appointments. Nicole and Beth are amazing assistants, helping me keep relaxed, hydrated, and they clean you up at the end so you dont go out looking like I just took down a wolf and ate it raw, lol! Seriously love these people! I cant wait to go back!

Dekamore Dentist has a very friendly staff in the office, and Doctors. They are open on Saturday, allowing an easy to make an appointment for working individuals who can not come in during the week. Dekamore Dental always has given my boys and I great service! All staff and Dentists are great. Also for the working parents they have great flexibility for appointments.

Always get a different dentist every time I go here. Your just a number they rush you in and out. Some dentist are great but other are horrible so you cant trust you will have a good experience. Its just luck. No body was helpful for helping me find someone to take out my wisdom teeth they dont care about you just the paycheck

This dental office seems to give quick service, though I am not sure how thorough the cleaning is, since it is quicker than most dentists I have been to. There was almost always a different person working on me every time I have come in over the last few years. The people are very friendly and explain things, but my experience in the last few months was not as good. I had my #9 tooth break and though it wasnt in pain I needed it repaired soon since it was in front. The dentist gave five options: root canal and crown, bridge, implant, etc. They said they could do a root canal and crown and that is what I decided on doing after I got a second opinion at another dentist. The other dentist looked at the x-ray and said he could do the crown, but I needed to go to an endodontist for the root canal. Dekamore said they could do it all there so I decided to go with them. They tried but failed so I still had to go an endodontist. They finally got the crown and it didnt line up or match the color of the other teeth. They replaced it at no cost to me and the new crown was satisfactory. It ended up taking me a lot more time and expense and pain because they said they could something which they couldnt, while the other dentist could correctly diagnose the situation from the start. It made me question their judgement and was a bad experience. I think I will try somewhere else.

I highly recommend DeKamore dental. Theyre detail oriented & the dentists there care about your well-being. When I came in with a broken filling & my tooth couldnt be saved(it was just bad luck for me), my dentist recommended a great periodonist. The recommendation of my dentist & the clear language that she ised allowed me to make the best choice for my health. It saved me from a lifetime of dental problems.

So, I hate dentists. Always have!! I had to get a tooth extracted and have been putting it off for a while until I couldnt anymore. Dr. Layer was comforting, professional and answered all 100 questions I had( he is easy on the eyes as well). That said I wish I could give this place a better rating than 5 Stars. I dont hate dentists anymore, now I have just a dislike for them.

I have never had such a great experience with any Dental team as I have had with DeKamore. They truly listen to their patients and their concerns. They are informative, gental, and they make sure you are not in pain when having any type of procedure. I was referred to DeKamore Dental by one of my daughters. So I thought, well... Ill go and check this place out and hope that they can help me?... After my first visit I can only praise their care! I have had to under go extensive dental work, unfortunately. If it wasnt for their gentle approach, their care during and afterwards, explaining procedures thoroughly and giving options I may not have returned. I have confidence in them and they are helping me adjust to what I am going thru. I have referred four other family members to go, in which they have; and each of them are totally impressed!Thank you DeKamore Dental!You are helping me Smile again!

Friendly staff and excellent Oral surgeons. I feel genuinely cared for here as opposed to it just being an in and out situation. Went from being anxious to knowing i was in good hands in one visit. Couldt recommend the folks here more.

I absolutely love this dentist. He was extremely nice and funny. When my novacaine started to wear off he gave me more. And Ive never waited more than 5-10 minutes for him. Im going to get top dentures put in.
