Ive been coming here to this laundromat for almost a decade. It has changed hands recently but the new owner is just as friendly as the former owner. It is always kept nice and clean. My clothes are always clean and dry

I definitely don’t need to buy a washer or dryer because doing my laundry here it’s so much easier and so much more efficient

Upon entering facility I was yelled at for not having my mask on. Sometimes one forgets. The issue I have was the way it was said. Could have used more tact. The ironic part the woman whom barked at me had her mask on her chin. Then she tells me I cant use certain dryers because those dryers are for them. Again in a condecending manner.The problem is that the facility is small.I dont recommend this place and wont be back anytime soon.

First time using this facility and LAST time! It was very DIRTY, It was a MAJOR EFFORT to try and get someone to help you and when they FINALLY answered my question the woman was so NASTY!! This place is DISGUSTING. Music playing was so loud it was clearly for the employees not the customers. I hope the OWNERS READ THIS!!

I would first like to make it clear that the owner of this store saw that I left a one star review, and then went to my business page and left a one star review and he has never done business with me. Very sad.He mentioned that I should speak with management before leaving a one star review and I had been dealing with this problem of my shirts being destroyed for weeks and I never received a phone nor was I presented with a resolution. Very unprofessional. Now I have to go and buy new shirts.

Talk about a Facility that more Dryers and washers than you can Imagine. Under this new Management its been cleaner, more organized and they even added Music! This is the place to get your Laundry DONE!

Fantastic facility! Brought in several loads including two comforters. They helped me figure which size washing machine was appropriate for laundry. Got in and out of there. Such nice people too! Definitely go back.

Thank you Sawgrass Laundry! My company from up north came and left. I had so much bedding and towels and got it all washed, dried and folded so quickly. This place is so clean. And the best part was the employees showed me the best machines for my size laundry and better way to fold my comforters. Love this friendly place.

I was just at this facility/laundromat, and IT IS DOWNRIGHT ATROCIOUS! They are under new management/New Owner. Clearly the new owner, does not how to manage this business. I knew something had changed, over the past few weeks.They have the nerve to take up all the dryers in the front for themselves, which are the hotter ones.The staff is despicable, rude and downright nasty.THE DRYERS DO NOT GET HOT!!!THE CLOTHES COME OUT WRINKLED!Not to mention, there is nowhere to move, its like square dancing in there.You need a TOKEN to use their precious bathroom.TAKE MY ADVISE, SPARE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION, AND FIND A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT, TO LAUNDER YOUR CLOTHES.THEY HAVE NO ETIQUETTE, AND DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!THEY COULD NOT PAY ME TO GO THERE AGAIN!!! GOOD-BYE

The folks here were very friendly and accommodating. The price for drop off laundry was, I thought, very reasonable and I was extremely pleased with the results and timeliness. 5 hour turnaround (slow season) and everything looked great. Highly recommended.

Staff is friendly and the service is quite good. However, for the first time, Im quite disappointed with their promised pick-up time; dry-cleaning of jeans was to be ready Wednesday at 4:00pm -- Thursday at @ 10:30am the jeans were not available for pick-up and no reasonable explanation could be given.

Not pleased at all! I dropped my laundry off to be washed, dried and folded yesterday morning. This service is not cheap mind you. I pick my clothes up yesterday evening and when I get home to hang and put away my clothes, I discover that my whites/lights, every last one of them is ruined! Someone decided it was a good idea to wash a black knit poncho with all of my white towels, sheets, shirts, socks, brand new Victoria Secrets underwear, gym clothes, a pair of pants I wore once! Everything ruined! When I call this morning, the latin woman who answered the phone actually asked me if I paid to have the colors and whites washed separately...what!!??? First off this should not even be an option, second if it were- I was never asked on any visit to have my clothes laundered. Of course the owner is unreachable. I certainly hope something can be done regarding this issue. Replacing the pants I wore only once, last night was already $30. There were so many more articles destroyed- how can anyone be so careless with other peoples belongings and charge me to destroy the things I work hard to afford and do my best to take care of. Horrible!

Very nice and clean facility in a good area! Plenty of machines that are easy to use and has a coin dispenser if you go without quarters. Everyone working is helpful, friendly and cheerful. They are very accommodating! Has free wifi which is a bonus.

This is a nicely equipped, extremely clean, and fully staffed laundry. They have both coin (do-it-yourself) machines and full service (by the pound) laundry service. The staff and management is very friendly and always eager to help or answer questions. They aren’t open too late at night and they have a last load time so make sure you check their hours before you go.

Dishonest business. They lost one of my shirts. The employees tell me they cant do anything. The owner has to handle it. So I called over 12 times in the last 3 weeks ALWAYS during the time frame the employees tell me the owner will be there and somehow hes never there. I leave messages for him to call me back and he never does. Stay away from these people. There are better, honest options near by.

Clothes stayed damp. Keep putting those quarters in. Gentleman cleaned mountains of lint after the fact. At least he used a mask. There are other better options out there. :(

Went in to get laundry done. Saw that they do it for you at a reasonable price. Can’t believe how clean and convenient the service is. Saved me so much time! Thanks, see you guys next week.

Hi I go there once a week, but this Monday I was doing the regular laundry and a guy that deliver clothes for a medical company went there,i k and ow this because i see that guy every week, so my wife and I and sitting waiting for the dryer to finish and this guy comes and start throwing the clothes bags to us and then start telling us that his busy that we need to move from there because he have many bags and is a busy day, we where like freeze because we are customers and we never expect that we get that mistreatment. Am 100% sure that am not coming back.

I dropped my Husbands dry cleaners off Thursday at 4:30 PM. After dealing with a rude and incompetent lady in the front she told me my dry cleaning would be ready Sunday at 4PM. AFTER i paid she said Oh they will be ready Monday at 4PM. He needed these clothes for work on Monday morning. I then get a receipt and leave knowing there is nothing i can do. My husband goes in Tuesday morning and they tell him the clothes are not ready. My husband was out of clothes for work at this point and had to be to work at 11 AM. The lady tells him to go get his clothes from a different location 10 min away after saying they were not ready. I am livid and will NEVER be doing business here EVER AGAIN.

Very friendly man working there (Jeff?)and everything you need at good prices. machines worked well. Im havent used a laundromat in 10 years or more and he showed me how.

I do my laundry at this place. They have a drop off service as no one in the area that washes, folds e dries your clothes for only 1 dollar per pound! Awesome! Its not worth to do my laundry at home anymore!

Why is this place so highly rated? Its dirty and unpleasant. The machines look as if they havent been cleaned for a long time, the floor is disgusting. I wouldnt sit in one of those dirty and torn up chairs if you paid me. I asked the worker how long the cycle takes, and he just said, I dont know. I can understand old and rusty machines--maybe theres no money to update the place, but there is no excuse for filth.

I never thought a place where you walk in with dirty laundry and walk out with clean could be sooooo disgusting! This place is a joke, people, DO NOT FALL for their 5 stars like I did. Obviously theyre fake!!! If you pay attention these 5 star reviewers all of them have one thing in common, LIES and of course 1 or 2 reviews. Which obviously means those stars are fake came thru the management or their relatives. I came here by their rating too then found out they are nowhere close to their rating. This place is very gross and dirty. The place is very small and on top of that lots of machines were out of order. So you have to wait for the to open for you to wash because what is actually open is dirty, rusty, dusty, nasty,etc. The employee or manager, an elderly Hispanic men with glasses is very mean and doesnt like to answer to clients questions. I guess thats not what hes there for! I was late to my flight and I obviously couldnt fly with dirty laundry so I had no choice but to stay and while I did, I couldnt sit down bcuz chairs were old and dirty. I saw a roach running to the back of the machine. This laundry is full of bacteria, meanness, no help, dirt that gathered for years! The ceiling and walls had MOLD all over. words cant explain what the place looks like! So I took my time to take some pictures and label (some) things u need to pay attention to. Im not a negative person and I dont leave bad comments but this...I couldnt leave out!

This is a very nice laundromat.. I have been here before.. Good pricing and the attendants seem quite nice.. This also features wash dry fold.. While you are here there is publix burger king Walgreens etc.. Nice clean safe area... Sooo come on down.. There are also 2 televisions.. Well today was humityland and this nice shop had the a.c. working.. Thanks to all..😁😁

There were not enough tables. Several machines not working or leaking. I think laundromat like this is why some people do not like laundramats.

Good customer service and my clothes on time

Absolutely terrible. Upon arrival to drop off my shirts for the first time the clerk was very rude. She repeatedly kept muttering I dont have time for this I finally said I can gladly leave. She was apologetic so I chalked it up to a bad day and remained understanding. She said they come back Wednesday but she couldnt give me a time so I arrived Thursday morning. Same clerk told me the clothes never came back Wednesday. I said can you tell me when I can pick them up she had no answer. I called and spoke with a manager. He had no clue that none of the dry cleaning never came back. Upon investigation he was very friendly and claimed the press broke. When I went back to get my clothes first shirt I put on was burnt! Across the front all over! Horrible service
