Customer service was helpful, She went the extra mile to help us get change for a $20.Pro tip: the change machine says it out of service but it actually works, they have the sign up to stop outside customer for taking all the quarters

Rude staff. Went in to buy laundry detergent, used coin machine to get change to purchase and the attendant proceeded to lecture me about how the coin machine was for customers only. I let her know that I was purchasing laundry detergent and she proceeded to then switch to Spanish (little did she know but I also understood) and tell me how disrespectful I was. Great way to treat your customers.

**Update 3/25/18**Just wanted to follow-up on this review—I see the ceiling has finally been fixed and doesn’t appear to be dripping anymore. On an extra side note, I can actually feel the A/C in here (at least the last 2 times) which is really nice because it was really hot before—upping to 5 stars for the A/C but will revoke if it goes back to being hot.Prices have remained the same since the original Review:High Capacity Washers—$6.00Regular Washers—$2.00Dryers—$0.25 per “7 minutes” (actually 6 from my count).**Original Review**I come here once a week and the best thing by far is the hours. They’re open until 10 on Sunday, which is nice. Second best thing is that the machines generally work. On the negative side, the ceiling is falling apart—there’s been a trash can collecting water dripping from above for as long as I’ve been coming with no obvious intention to ever correct this issue or the other ceiling issues. It’s annoying when I’m trying to put laundry in a machine and water gets on me or my clothes. Another drawback is that despite the hours, I can never tell if there’s an attendant around or not. If they are wearing a uniform they need a more distinguishable one because everyone that walks through the door looks somewhat sketchy. (Understandably for this type of place.) Last serious con: It’s hot as Gehenna in there (at least where the few chairs are by the window.)The prices are also mediocre imo. Big Washer: $6??? Crazy. Regular washer: $2...mediocre. The dryers are 25¢ / 7 minutes of dry time regardless of temp so everyone leaves them on high heat...but that’s not too bad. I will keep coming because of the convenient hours and location, but beware it’s nothing special.

At least I feel safe when I go here. Most other laundromats are in shady neighborhoods! Plus you can eat some amazing Mexican food next door ! :-)

She’s very nice and very fast. she did shrink 2 of my knit sweaters that I just purchased. I had taken my laundry to be serviced to save some time but instead I spent the time I needed reshaping my sweaters.

Place is terrible machines dont work the lady working here on Sunday doesnt understand English, I would rather wash my clothes by hand than come back here. Terrible experience DO NOT COME HERE !

Washing prices are good and reasonable but the coin machine is out of order. We already put the clothes in the machines so we had to go to Publix and CVS to change our money because publix would only let us do $10. And the dryers are AWFUL! We Put 75 cents to a dollar in the dryers and clothes were still wet and they were on High heat! After 20-30minutes of drying, I expect my clothes to be hot and dry so that is very disappointing. The owner wasn’t around for us to address the issues either. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here. My mom can if she wants but not me . This could be a better laundry if it were run better and issues could be taken care of onsite.

Just need to keep all of their machines up and running.

It would be great if they could actually inform what time they close now with this virus thing. They were closed and the their schedule says they should be open.

Very unprofessional. Laundromat said it closed at 10. Well I step out to go buy cigarettes as I come back ther laundry mate is closed with my clothes inside. Very unclean covid19 infested laundry mate.

The location and hours are great however there are no attendants to help when the machines take your money and tell you there is a error. Not to mention the fact most of the dryers dont get hot till after drying for 14 mins.. Not impressed

Of the 11 dryers 2 are out of service. Of the 21 washers, 7 are out of service. And if you come here, bring small bills because they dont have a bill changer, just 1 coin machine (the other one is broken, of course).

Guy came in as I was folding my laundry and threw another persons clothes out of the dryer... I say wow.. he than says my uncle is the owner.... the week before I went and the cops ended up coming because two customers were threatening another person...BEWARE I won’t be returning

Money machine took 5 dollars from me and didnt dispense anything then washer machine took 6 bucks worth quarters from me 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Most dryers broken. Washers dont have enough water. Clothes dont rinse TV not working, no cable.

Some machines don’t work, yet takes the coins. Also detergent dispenser - put coins there and nothing came out. Wasted 4 bucks for nothing. Not returning there.

My clothes were very wrinkled from sitting in the dryer after it stoped and not folded very good If youre going to have a drop off service get someone that can do it properly
