UPDATE: The owner of the salon contacted me and apologized. She asked me to come back which I did later the same day (today). They took me a couple of minutes early as well. She did a nice job on my eyebrows and did not charge me for the service. I tipped $10.00 because it was not my intention to get a free service. I will try them again. Im happy that they contacted me to make it right._______________________________________________________________________I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. today (Thursday, 9/2/21). I scheduled this appointment well in advance and they confirmed it multiple times via their text messaging system. I arrived early and they were not open. No big deal. I proceeded to wait outside their shop for over 10 minutes. No one showed up and the shop was not open. I finally left because I had other things I needed to do. I called to let them know about this so they didnt think I was a no show. The women who answered the phone lied and said they had been there. I was outside - it was locked and lights were off and the sign said CLOSED. She didnt apologize or ask me to reschedule or try to make it right. It was very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. I understand things happen and people run late but to not have any accountability and try to assist me after the fact was what made me leave this review. I strongly recommend not being their first appointment since they cannot honor their own hours of operation.

Awesome job. Called and got a same day appointment. They take walk-ins, but appointments take priority, which is really nice.I hadnt done anything with my eyebrows at all during the pandemic. It was a mess. Ten minutes later, I left with beautifully sculpted and shaped eyebrows. Will be back again!

Been getting my eyebrows done here for a good 5 years? Maybe less. It is a bit pricey but it is well worth it. I have tried getting my eyebrows done in other places and I dont know if its their thread or technique but my brows always feel like they are on fire. Here, I barely even feel them threading it. Every lady Ive gotten has done a good job, they all take their time and really put in effort to but my favorite has to be Sarah. She is so gentle (they all are really but she provides such a gentle touch) and does such amazing work. She ALWAYS acheieves the arch and fullness I like on my brows and does it flawlessly. So I highly recommend her.

She did not do a great job. left eyebrow hair at the ends of my eyebrows and she did not trim them either nor even bother to clean the eyebrow hair of my face. Honestly expect better for a place that charges 20 dollars for a eyebrow threading. Jesus even the 15 dollars one was way better. Not coming back

Unfortunately I didnt get her name but the woman who did my eyebrows was so nice. I thought she had a job on her hands, not having anything done since before COVID, but she whipped right through it and I absolutely love they came out😊 She also gave me great pointers while doing my eyebrows.

Sharmila is literally the best person I’ve ever gone to for my brows. I have very difficult brows to do and she is consistently awesome and always listens to what I want and like. Not to mention she is painless, I almost feel like I could fall asleep by the end. Go to get you won’t regret it!

Had my first threading experience today at this place. I called in advance to ask some questions and check availability. Sure enough, the woman who answered gave me the time of day and was very helpful.It was painless, which I was surprised by, and very quick. My brow threader instructed me on how to achieve the brows I’m looking for as well. I’m very happy with the results and will be returning for my next threading!Thank you!

Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years and this is the first place that Ive been to that uses the painless technique. I would never go anywhere else. Aside from that the girls do a great job. My eyebrows are even and compliment my face. They take their time and finish off with a soothing eyebrow rub with cold stones. A+ all around.

I have very thick eyebrows and its a pain to keep getting them done every two weeks. My friend suggested me to try Threading Diva and i love it. The hair doesnt grow back as fast anymore and the shape looks good too. The best part is that they ask you what shape you prefer and they know what they are doing (seem to be experienced). Its worth the price and i love it

I have been to many threading salons throughout the South Florida area, but I must say this salon is by far the best place that I have found. The staff is extremely professional and very pleasant!They take there time, you never feel rushed, and they always ask you at the end if you like the work that they did! I always walk away very pleased, and not to mention that my eyebrows look perfect and I always get compliments on the shape of my eyebrows! I definitely give Threading Diva a strong 10! I have referred friends and family and they also would say the same! If you are looking for a threading salon, this is the place!!!

I absolutely love this place! All around excellent service! I am very OCD about my eyebrows and they over exceed my expectations. They do a great job: my eyebrows are even and fit my face. They take their time to give you the best experience. In a very relaxing and professional environment. Ive had really bad/painful experiences in the past but Threading Diva offers a painless and enjoyable experience every time. Try them! You will not regret it!

The WORST eyebrow threading place Ive been to! Im from NJ and the prices and skill are WAY better than what I experienced just now. I just wasted 4 months of my eyebrows growing to thin uneven eyebrows. They dont know what theyre doing! Ill just wait until I go to NJ/NY or LA for my threading.... very unsatisfied with this place
