I came in for eyebrows, lip, underarm and a Brazilian with Halsey this past weekend and had a great experience! It was my first wax with a new specialist since moving back from England a few weeks ago. I was nervous going to someone new but Halsey listened to exactly what I wanted and is so gentle but effective with her whole process! Thank you!

Been going to European for months now, stopped by here and not only left with a poor job done . She left wax on me that took days for me to take off. Not to mention I have been doing this for awhile and never been left with red burn marks which lasted a couple days after I left here. She did more damage than good.

I have been a loyal customer at European wax center for over four years now. After my clinician moved and I had to meet someone new I was on the fence BUT Georgina is amazing! Been going here for about 2 years. Kelly is WONDERFUL! She’s knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She makes sure you’re comfortable and she’s really conscious about cleanliness and hygiene! The establishment is awesome, very clean, and all of the employees are very friendly and kind. This is the best location to go to, it’s a bit out of my way as I have a location closer to me, but that’s how good they are! :)

I cancelled my wax membership back in October/November. Continued to charge me.Brought it up to the manager in Deerfield beach location in February of 2020. Said it was taken care of. Tried to make an appointment today and they wouldn’t let me until I paid the outstanding balance from the months that were suppose to be cancelled.This was suppose to be solved 6 months ago and I’m still dealing with this. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere, but I will write a terrible review everywhere I can until this is rectified.

I had such a pleasant experience. Katia made me feel very comfortable and she was extremely professional. She was very informative to ensure that I got the most out of my wax session. She showed me amazing products to lengthen my wax & minimize hair growth. The vanilla body wash & lotion is my favorite, I can’t stop using it! Can’t wait to go back!!

Friendly and professional.Jessica is the best and she provided a pain free wax experience. She also gave a demo on a facial exfoliation product called Renew Me Restoring Serum Pollution Defense. This provided a quick facial exfoliation on top of the body wax. My skin was glowing!I went on my lunch break and left feeling like I had gone on a mini spa vacation! Best ever and I left with samples of the products to try! I would follow Jessica for a pain free waxing experience!

So I thought about going to the European wax centermany times before but never followed through. Today was the day I finally went through with it I was petrified, I made an appointment for underarms and a Brazilian. Upon arrival I was greeted by Crystal and a new hire I forgot her name, but they were both very welcoming. I was paired with Halsey which made me feel extremely comfortable despite my immense amount of nerves and sweat. I kept apologizing because of the sweat but she assured me that everything is fine. I never ever thought that I would go through with it, but today I can say Im very proud of myself. YES it did hurt but it wasnt unbearable I can say if you just relax and breathe its not that bad after. I went in for a Brazilian but decided to do a bikini for my first time there. I highly recommend everyone to come to this location they are very professional,clean, and friendly. Dont knock it until you try it.

Wow, a much better experience than I was expecting!! Got a Brazilian for the first time and it was actually great. Halsey was wonderful and I will keep going back to her. She explained everything to me as she went and was very reassuring/supportive. Kareen at the front was also very welcoming and helpful! Very impressed!! I used to go to this amazing Esthetician, unfortunately she had a heart issue and passed away. I never thought i would ever find someone as wonderful as Lisa. My mother and sister suggested that I try the European Wax Center, a little apprehensive at first, but then i met Angel. She is an amazing person with an electric energy, who is well educated and professional about product knowledge and proper care of your newly waxed area. I love seeing her every 4 weeks. She has made such a positive impression on me and I recommend her to everyone.

I RECOMMEND Tatiana !!! She was AMAZING !!!! She was very gentle and made the experience great. She not your average wax specialist. She took pride in making sure I was comfortable and PAIN FREE. Usually during a braillizan wax, waxing the lips can be painful. This is LITERALLY the first pain free waxing I ever had. Most wax specialist just rip the wax off and don’t care that they are hurting you. If you are in the area please request her!!!!!

First time at this location and I’m in love!! My brows were in serious need of help after months of growing them out and Angel did an amazing job!! I normally make a reservation but this time I was praying on a falling start ! When I called, Crystal reassured me that it was no burden and that i can come in to get serviced as long as I made it by 7:45. When I arrived I continued to apologize but Angel and Crystal told me it was no worries. Angel was super energetic and made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely patient and walked me through every step. She informed me on a proper skin care routine as well as asking me how my day was. It might not seem like much but I really was taken back at how amazing these girls was. Crystal checked me out while informing me on the wax passes and getting me booked for my next appointment, They even gave me samples to try at home. If you ever had any doubt about visiting European wax center’s Deerfield location disregard it because these ladies are great at what they do. These ladies were truly a breath of fresh air ! Yea not a happy 1st timer. Halsey was nice and informative. Explained everything. But she missed so many hairs. As you can see in the pics that doesnt even show them all... And I understand some are under the skin. Thats fine. But more than 75% of what she missed is ABOVE the skin. She should have done a better job. I didnt take a look until i got home. I feel as tho i was rushed so she was trying to hurry since they closed at 8. They gave me a 7:15 appmnt and i didnt even go through with everything i was scheduled for.. And thank god she didnt do my first brazillian... I cant imagine how many hairs she would miss on that too. Cmon man. For someone who says theyve been there for 5 years it should of been a perfect wax. No hairs. For a $115 service.... Totally wasnt worth it.

The staff at this location are awesome. This was my first wax ever and they helped me feel very comfortable and they were very informative, which I loved. Katia was my wax specialist, she’s just so sweet and AMAZING! I actually stay closer to the Boca Raton location, but I looked at the reviews of this Deerfield location, and it was well worth the drive.You girls have a new customer!!

The person at the front desk ( young lady with black hair) is Rude and makes too many errors in bookings and payments. She needs to concentrate on what she is doing. This person is by far the worst front desk person I have encountered over the years and all the locations up and down the east coast that I have visited.She makes too many mistakes; I am beginning to think she has a problem with me as the customer. I am uncomfortable whenever she is at the front desk, because of her mistakes with my appointments and payments. One time she forgot to add in both services to my last appointment, and then she over charged me for eyebrows the next time. It is frustrating to the customer when the person at the front desk makes two blunders two weeks in a row.And when she overcharged me, and took my card to run the tip, she was holding my credit card and sticking her middle finger out, and I felt very uncomfortable, because I received a negative message of disdain from her body language. As a longtime customer of EWC, I have never experienced such behavior. I am always greeted with a smile and warm feeling by all the people at all the locations. Unfortunately, the manager and owner needs to be aware of her rude and unprofessional behavior.

I Went in to do my eyebrows today with Katia. She did amazing as always. As a man its so difficult to find someone who can do eyebrows without having someone screw you up. She does not make them too thin or arch them too much. She does a perfect clean up and my girlfriend absolutely loves them. Any guy who needs their eyebrows done NEEDS to come to her. She definitely knows what shes doing.

Went in on Sunday to have my brows done for the first time in years - didnt think it would make such a difference since my eyebrows are lighter and on the thinner side but...oh my goodness am in love! Giorgiana did an amazing job, I couldnt stop staring at my brows when she was done with me. Highly recommend! Im never touching my tweezers again she seriously did that great of a job.

Angel is the BEST esthetician I have ever been to! She is so personable and makes me feel so comfortable with any service I get. All the other esthetician’s I’ve been to have ripped my skin, and this has never happened with her! She is truly so good at what she does!

I came here for my first Brazilian wax many months ago and have been here repeatedly to get my waxes done by Kara and have never been happier! Shaving is a thing of the past. My appointment was for 9am and I just left the room, it is 11:10am now!!!!The lady that did my wax had no experience whatsoever!!! She doesn’t even know what direction to pull! After she was done I had to teach her and ask her to do it again! I gave up when I realized that she doesn’t even know how to work with the wax.She hurt me and on top of that did not take all the hair!!! I will have to shave when I get home!This is not acceptable! I do my waxing with you guys every month!!! Brazilian wax and half leg and eyebrows!!! Thank God I did not do my eyebrows today otherwise she would’ve destroyed it!It is a irresponsibility to put someone like that to work with your loyal clients!!!The last 3 times I came here I had problems with people with no experience but the girl today was the worse!!Today is my wedding anniversary and I will have to shave after so many years not shaving.I wasted 2 hours of my work day and almost $100!!!
