DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY!I signed up with YouFit in February of 2021 with the goal of getting fitter and losing weight. I originally started coaching with Travis, who soon after left to pursue career opportunities elsewhere. At that same time, while this location’s management was changing internally, I was bounced between two more trainers and then, finally, paired with Kat. I thought things started well with Kat, but she rescheduled appointments, or disappointingly canceled within 30 minutes of our appointments. In all, Kat did not show eleven times from June 3 to July 25. At this point, I was understandably frustrated and not seeing any progress.I was then transferred to Clinton. Same thing, he was unable to meet my scheduled times in the morning so I was forced to transition to evenings so that I could utilize my paid-for training sessions. This was not what I wanted, and I was still not getting results for the services provided. I attempted to cancel my membership August 3, 2021. However, the person at the front desk was not trained properly and thus did not cancel both my personal training and my gym membership. I then had to spend two weeks trying to get ahold of the manager, Corey.Finally, Corey got confirmation from himself and his boss Raphael that everything was canceled and I would not be getting charged again. Because mistakes were made on their end, they agreed to honor the original cancelation date of August 3, 2021. I thought everything was taken care of yet when another week rolled by, I found out it had not. Now, Corey is telling me it isn’t, and I am being charged AGAIN for the month of September.This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, upsetting situation. I have done my best to be patient throughout this process, but I have been jerked around enough. Nothing about YouFit, the people, or the culture of the gym has been positive, and I am fed up being told things are taken care of when they are not.I will never recommend or go back to a YouFit as this experience and your treatment of me has been truly appalling.

I went to work out at 5am in the morning and the guy refused to allow me in because they started enforcing they new policy of bring a towel, like firstly it’s 5am and secondly it’s the first time you informing me about this policy give me a break il bring it next time, he refused even though it was his first time informing about this And they have all the customers numbers if bring a towel matters so much then you should send a text to your customers not refuse them to enter because they forgot to bring a towel !

I never signed up, never went to this place, and they charge me $190 reported to my credit,according to this people i had a balance of $190,be careful this GYM not good, not recomended JUST LOOK AT THE BAD REVIWS.

The trainers were fun and friendly. The activities are geared towards functional fitness. My friends and I tried one of their sessions and had a lot of fun.

Victoria will have you running out the door. She has terrible customer service and does not know how to handle problematic situations. She blatantly and rudely hung up the phone after I called to complain about a bill they were trying to charge me from 2 years ago!! You fit is a joke. Don’t spend your money here.

I really like the classes offered, particularly Spinning, Sculpt and Yoga. Without those, I would search for a different gym. The class instructors are very good and keep it interesting. My only complaint is that there the spinning room is small and that there arent more classes offered. During this covid time, they have been careful to keep us spaced apart and cleaning the equipment so I feel totally safe attending.

Waited 9 months to notify me that my canceled account was past due! Beware of Youfit it’s easy to join but they’re very tricky when it comes time to cancel!!! There’s a virus out there sorry that not everybody wants to go to the gym! Canceled months ago and all of sudden I get notification that I’m pass due! Crazy didn’t even bother to call just a lousy email! This place sucks! I was a loyal customer since Margate location opened I was one of the 1st members to join!!! Never again you lost a customer over $19.99 + tax! Keep it you obviously need it more than me!

This review is for Youfit as a whole! Your policies are meant to keep people entrapped in your subscription unless they go and cancel in person. Were in the middle of a national pandemic and youre telling me you dont care if I have Covid you want me to come into your gym and potentially infect your other clients to cancel a subscription I obtained online. I was able to start an account online but not able to cancel unless Im physically present and on top of never even using the gym once you charge me to cancel the account! This is bad business and I hope the pandemic takes the entire business out and all businesses with policies like yours!

So I put acc on hold They still charged wile the pandemic and they could not refund me. Give me a free month and now they say my showing. This was for 2 moths at 30 month cause ei had extra stuff rip off

Customer service is horrible. After being charged multiple times with my frozen account during this pandemic and refusal of refunds and not using the gym for 8 months and the assurance of the front desk individuals I was charged the renewal fee automatically. Where I then tried to cancel and get a refund and was refused. You would think they would be a bit more understanding and considerate during a time like this.

Wish they would do a better job of telling people to keep their mask on while working out, alot of people just wearing them under their chin 😕...other than that great place always friendly

The budget friendly cost of membership mixed with the use of high tech equipment and a variety of classes make YouFit the best bargain in town. Fitness is important not just for physical health but mental health as well. Youfit offers that to so many people on tight budgets. Hillsboro location is my favorite because it has a great classroom and spin room with a great variety of classes. Makes for a great community feeling. JoAnn T

I was charged for two extra months plus cancellation fee DURING A PANDEMIC! One charge was at the beginning of the closures and one while my membership was supposed to be suspended for six months. Plus I had to pay a $10 cancellation fee. I requested a refund for everything and only received one month. I don’t understand why Youfit doesn’t know how to credit their customers after waiting OVER ONE MONTH for the refund to go through. I used to love Youfit.

Everything is great about this place. Service is good, shower always working, the gym is always clean. The only downside is that of you workout between 6 and 8PM, you better be prepared to wait a lot.My review was originally positive but that changed. Ive been trying to reach out by phone and Social Media with no success. The gym should be open by now according to Florida Governor as some other gyms are already open. Youfit has been charging its customers even though the gym is closed and that means theyre making more money during the pandemic. Thats no way to treat your customers who are going through the same crisis as you are. You should at least have some respect and be transparent by saying when the gym will re-open and make it easy for us to cancel our membership so we can go to a gym that has opened its doors.

This is the best youfit. I signed up for personal training sessions with Justin. I could not be more happy I’m learning so many things that I’ve been doing wrong. I could’ve hurt myself but he’s teaching me how to do things correctly. Everyone here is very nice and the place is very clean. I definitely recommend Justin for personal training.

This company is good at scam and fishy. My family call them to cancel the membership but they did not let us do that online or by email. And of course with the Covid 19 we can go to their gym to cancel. Terrible services likes money hunger. Should be 0 star with the way they treats their loyal members.

As a retired, active man, I’ve tried to factor regular gym workouts into my daily life. Youfit is a terrific place to fulfill this discipline: it’s close to home, a clean, wide open space with state of the art equipment, friendly, helpful staff, and great people-watching! The presence of so many younger, highly motivated people working out can’t help but motivate me.

Customer Service really dropped the ball this time by not sending a mass email letting members know that the club would closed until further notice.All the other clubs did.I drove 10 miles at 4:30 am this morning only to find that the club was closed without so much as a sign on the door. Great place to work out and all the equipment required no matter your skill level. A lot of cardio equipment if that is what you want to do. Cant see joining a gym just to walk when you can do that at home. All the strength equipment is fine and has all you need regales of the skill level.

The personal training staff is great! I’ve lost over 50lbs with my amazing coach Kat! The vibe is great at the gym very welcoming and it’s alwats clean. and the personal training director Sal is so nice and always ready to help me if I don’t know something. I wish I could give more stars! The staff here has changed my life

Its truly great. The staff for one is always friendly and easy to talk to, the facility itself is always clean, which is a Huge must have for me. I have been to a couple of other youfit locations, one closer to my house and the other my work, but I still prefer the Deerfield location because of the open space, friendliness, cleanliness, and just all around great vibe that I get from this location. The other two locations offer close to the same equipment however they are dark, cramped, and not that pleasant of an experience. I feel like Im able to get a much better workout when Im more relaxed and I am able to do that here.

The instructors, the trainers and the classes are great. Good value for the price and the gym is always spotless. Highly recommend it.

Im harrested in every single day from Call Center department regarding a debt of $21 or so, where Im going at the gym in Hollywood in every single morning and Im able to work out and nobody at the front desk is telling me I have to pay something!! !! How is possible the call center operator to hangout the phone just because youre asking for some explanation regarding your auto payment!! Worst customer service ever!!

Welcome to the wizarding world of Youfit where they only accept your member cancelation if written with a quill on parchment and delivered by owl. Muggle technology can be hard I know, but they had no problem using it to charge my account $72 in a span of 3 months for services they don’t provide!

Love my club!! I go here at least 3x a week. The staff is super friendly, I love Danielle in my yoga classes and the place is spotless. The staff does a great job keeping the facilities clean and functioning well. Great price for the lime card, so you can’t beat it!

A decent gym with friendly staff. All the equipment is state of the art and fairly new. The gym is also kept clean which is a huge plus. Gets pretty busy around the late afternoon so machines will be taken up forcing you to try different things that arent in your regular workout routine. Youfit gets the job done and the great thing is youre truly not locked into any contracts at signing up.Edit : Been a member now for just about a month and one thing that has really bothered me and others from what Ive seen on other reviews is that the water in the water fountains is never cold but actually warm. This is very annoying for someone who drinks alot of water while working out. This should be fixed ASAP.

Finally cancelled my membership this morning having found an actual gym! Ive been going to this gym for 5 years not once did they ever add new equipment. Machines are routinely broken. Only 2 squat racks and only 2 Smith machines. They are almost always taken. And then they raised the membership with no warning. No email. No phone call. Also there was a front desk girl who would straight up ignore us when we said good morning or run away and hide as soon as we walked in. If you want classes and cardio machines come to this youfit. If youre an actual lifter and want access to squat racks try to find a real gym.

Update: During pandemic they froze the account and told us we didnt have to cancel. We actually did cancel and they charged us $25.00 because according to them we did 3 days after the last day to do so. This even though they assured us there would be no charge. We tried to get refund by sending letter to corporate and we were just ignored. One person did say they would give us our refund, but that never did happen.

I dont recommend is place $10monthly + plus $90 sign in + plus $50 after 3 months every year and the personal need more training in customer service always in front desk with the cell phones (lihjad) and old equipment and need more cleaner, dont loose your time and pocket with hidden charges

Its a great place to keep yourself in shape!The staff is excepcional, especially Terry and Taty that is always greeting us with the most ultimate smile and they are always motivating us! Teacher Mike makes the workout a lot easier with his wonderful energy in the spinning class.The equipments are always well maintained and in general the place is clean!Highly recommend 💪

DON’ PUT YOUR CARDS ON FILE WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!This is the second time that I gave a chance to you fit because it’s 1min away from my house. Just like the first time I didn’t like it and I canceled my membership in November. Just like the first time they kept charging my card even though my membership was canceled. When I went there the girl at the front desk (lory I think) she had no idea what to do. She said she was going to send an email with cancellation but obviously nothing happened. She got my phone number and no one called back. I gues I will have to change my debit card again cause they are incompetent. The same thing happened the first time at the margate location. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Ive enjoyed my return to the Deerfield Youfit. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean, the size of the gym prevents serious overcrowding, and good music overhead and whats on TVs as well.

I like that it has fitness classes. I really like the Yoga in the mornings. I do have a huge concern with the showers. One stall has the tiles buckling up. The plastic shower curtains are ripped and have mold on them. The showers areas are very dark. Darkness and humidity:great breeding ground for mold. This is a new gym. It should be cleaner.

Be careful when signing contracts...will not go into details about self renewing annual fee and other charges. management is completely incompetent of handling any issue involving money will just refer you to the corporate email. Supposedly corporate “Will respond the same day”. But that was Friday and still haven’t heard back. Sign contract at own risk.

The environment is great! The Staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is very well kept and clean. The location is very well placed and convenient.

My favorite YouFit! Staff are always friendly and cleaning crew is constantly making the rounds. You can feel comfortable going there as a female as you don’t get to many creepers like at LA. This particular location is very spacious. Great deal too!

I love the spin class on Saturday morning, It is the best way to end my week. Sharon is the best, I am always disappointed when I cant go. See you next week.

The location is good but the best thing is Rory’s spin class Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30. Brutal in the best way possible. If you are looking to kick up your cardio I highly recommend it.

Overall I love this gym, but how many times does an instructor not show or comes late to class before something is done to correct it? This has happened on several occasions at the 9:30am total sculpt class and today again no one showed up to run the class. Its a shame since this instructor is great when she is there!

I go to the one in Deerfield Mall. Love the people who work there. Their Silver Sneaker classes are great, along with the instructors.

This is my favorite Youfit location thus far. It’s huge and spacious plus very clean considering the amount of people that go there and the space it uses.

Great location, equipment, ambiance & staff. It is nearly impossible to get all this for just $10 a month. The Deerfield Beach location is well organized, easy to navigate and flows nicely from muscle group to muscle group. Good job YouFit.

The value and range of classes is excellent. The locker room and bathroom is always clean. I do find the showers at the Boca Town Center location to be better designed and maintained than Deerfield. Last but not least, Marcia is a wonderful instructor and I’d be thrilled to see Pilates offered more than once a week please!

In the beggining It was good, but for Youfit its Just Business! Dont expect them to be good with people, they are good receiving money! Take Care with the small letters when you sign your package. I was really disappointed when I had to cancel my kid package (they have a kids area, It was suposed to be a good thing, but believe, the contract is not Fair for both sides!).

Great location. Plenty of machines and a great layout that, even when it is crowded, never feels crowded. Staff is friendly and always makes sure to greet you. Keep up the good work!

Good gym good day care services terrible costumer services staff dont explain details or answers questions correctly. They never explained about having 2 maitaince account fees they do everything to have you sign up when I deactivate my account they only deactivate 1 account and kept charging my account. Even though was their mistake they refused to wave the fees. Never going back to this gym theyre very malicious its fees after fees thats how they get you. They play dumb and then act like theyre sorry.

I am not going to this location anymore, girl at the front desk is rude i am agreed with the other review. They start complaining about my motorcycle making a lot of noise when i start it. So guees what i am going to the one on Pompano Beach, they gym is smaller but they have great people at the front, and they are not rude as this one, especially the girl with the glasses. The can t even say hi! No manners at all!!! They think they are better than everybody else and guess what i am not fit in this club!!!!

Clean and the equipment is in good shape. The staff that checks you in most of the time (in morning) are busy watching YouTube that they can’t be bothered to exchange pleasantries. Common counties here folks.

I have been a member of youfit for awhile now, I started training with Maria, the Fitness Director and she AMAZING! Very personable and willing to go the extra mile. Maria left and Vivian took over her position. Because of VIVIAN, i will not be coming back to this location. I have tried calling her to schedule a an appointment and everytime i leave a message with the front desk, I never get a phone call back. It has been over 2 weeks! I was frustrated, so I decided to go down there in person to speak to Vivian. Right off the back, she was nasty and rude and did not seem to care that I could not get in contact her. Her reply was simply that the department had a communication issue. WELL CLEARLY!!!! Will be going somewhere else to do my training sessions. This gym is not what it used to be.

I prefer this gym over the others because of the machines and it isnt as crowded. One thing I cannot tolerate it the men working in the ladies locker room. There is no sign stating that there are gentlemen in there and when I go in there I have to ask them to leave. It is one thing if there was a sign or when they saw me they would walk out on there own but, when I ask them, they ask if it is a problem if they kept cleaning. THIS IS THE LADIES ROOM WHERE WOMEN ARE CHANGING. Please put up a sign that says they are in there and train them to leave when women enter.

DO YOU HAVE A TOWEL? DO YOU HAVE A TOWEL? This place would get five stars if it werent for the staff incessantly asking this every time you walk in. Like every time. Which is annoying if you dont drip all over the place or have much need for one. If you need to clean your spot, isnt this what the spray bottles and paper towels they keep around are for? Whats the point in having those available then, or paying someone to wipe everything down? A towel is annoying to have to carry around and its easy to lose. I figured they would stop asking, but after a couple of times theyll threaten not to let you (a paying customer) into the gym, and they put it on your record like its some kind of black mark. Like you didnt pay your taxes. So for two straight weeks I carried around that stupid towel, not using it at all, and then one day I ask these Nazis if they could change the music because it was very sleepy, and the girl at the desk rudely says, I dont know, DO YOU HAVE YOUR TOWEL? It just so happened that I dropped the towel somewhere and had to go find it to get the music changed. And then to top it off, I see this same rude girl exercising a day later (and on 2 other occasions) WITH NO TOWEL!!!Anyway, I appreciate the fact that they want to keep things sanitary, but this is a gym and there is no other place that will bother you about bringing a towel as much as Youfit at this location. I stopped smiling at the rude girl at the desk from that point on. It kind of soured what was otherwise a great gym.

I love the nice customer service team at the front desk. Every single time I walk in they welcome me with big smiles and delivering excellent service. I love the Zumba instructor Elsa (Thursdays at 6pm) who leads a very energetic and fun class ... She is the best and I love the great workout.

This location is relatively new and it used to house office max prior to this. It is very spacious and nice equipment. The Arc trainer for cardio is an excellent one.

I cancelled y membership and even paid the yearly $40 dollars and they still charging my account. I was in there for 30 minutes with the manager and now its like they need documentation. The manager told me that it you will no longer be charged and then 2 months later they go ahead and charge me again. I closed my account i no longer visit your GYM you bunch of thieves. Beware.

Clean, no rust, lots of machines and free weights. I recommend they can get an app with pictures to log in guest that you invite.

Ive been going to this particular youfit for awhile now and i use to go to different ones just to see how its mapped out and designed, what type of equipment they have, the courtesy of the staff, and of course workout. With full confidence i can say its one of the very best youfits ive been to and continue to go to til this day. I have made many gym buddies and friends. Great atmosphere large space. Equipment upgrades can be desired and staffing has a quick rotation thats not to my liking but they always seem to hire the right type of people for this job. Overall great place.

My family, friends and I love working out at YouFit. We have the lime membership which gives us access to all the YouFit locations and the classes. The classes are wonderful. They have everything from Pilates, spinning, yoga and zumba. We especially love Caras Sweat and Sculpt class on Tuesday and Nicoles Yoga class on Sunday. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always super clean.
