This used to be my go-to store, however last time one of the guys who work there was extremely rude and sarcastic.There is no need to be rude, if you don’t like working with customers, do yourself a favor and go find another job.

Customer service at this place is terrible. I phoned ahead to make sure that they had passport photo services available, confirmed that they did three times before hanging up the phone only to drive there to be told that they dont have services for passport photos and when asked if they know of a place nearby I was told and quotes some other FedEx that does end quote I wouldnt waste your time with this place

The girl that works there triana, is always kind and polite to me and all the customers that have been around me. I’ve gone there on many ovations and she’s always the only one working very busy with countless customers while the other workers are in the back Always good and professional customer Service

Why do they post a phone number if they wont answer the phone? I left my drivers license there and tried 5 times to call...NO ANSWER...middle of the day. Even a 2 second hold please would have been a good practice. So I had to drive an hour back to them and ask in person. I will be alerting the store manager that staff job description should include answering the darn telephone!

They dont answer there phones and when you go here the service is bad

Evans helped me today. He was the only one on staff and he had 15 customers. He juggled everything very well and he maintained composure and patience. Way to go, Evans!!

I am a regular here and the staff is always so kind and helpful, the customers that come here are a nightmare though i really feel bad for these employees

I came in here last week and had a 5 star experience with an employee who was very helpful and polite though overwhelmed (he was the only one there because his coworker had gone to lunch, then the got a rush of people through the door)... but this week when visiting again had a 1 star experience with the manager, Nikolay, who was extremely rude and condescending.

Very friendly staff and new equipment. I always come here to print my stuff as it is cheaper than buying printing supplies.They’ll also had everything I needed so I could ship products to my clients.. very easy and convenient.

What a nice open floor plan.. We needed to creat some documents.. The staff was faily friendly somewhat helpful. They are capable more than that package and mail service.. The parking lot is quite nice also.. They print everything from business cards to posters..🔤😀🐟🐡

Bad service, lazy staff, having 14 boxes ship they said they won’t print the label claiming that’s too much work, that’s really sad I had to use the ups

My wife went into this fedex this morning and nikolay was so disrespectful to her. My wife is deaf she was having a hard time understanding and he just kept telling her that he can’t help her. The payment went through and he told her no it did not. I called the bank and they confirmed the payment did go through and still he wouldn’t accept to help her or even give her the time of day. I told her I’m gonna call the bank back to cancel the payment and they put a hold on her card to take the stuff and leave. She used a box and some bubble wrap and she took it out of the box and out of the bubble wrap and told her she still needed to pay for that. Well she couldn’t because her card is now on a hold and she tried to explain that to him he did not care and said whatever. She called me in the car crying her eyes out. Not only did he embarrassed her in front of people he did not respect her or try to work with her knowing she is deaf and having a hard time. I will never go to fedex ever again.

High fees for express letters to 60 miles away !!! 8.50 for 3 days ! 31 for the next day. Stay away from here.
