Super happy with the service, the technician was professional and honest. He was fixing an older laptop of mine that I have grown attached to even though he advised me that it would cost more and not be as reliable because the part has to be salvaged from another older laptop. Tech is very generous with his time. We discussed my situation with my computer that was acting up several times over the phone. I went ahead and emailed him a video clip of what the problem appeared to be. He gave me some possibilities but said that hed have to see & diagnose it to be sure. Theres a diagnosis fee but if you choose to go ahead and have him repair the thing for you, the fee goes towards the total.
