The last time I used Dans services my issue w as not RESOLVED with no details on the explanation why.I asked what would be the next step notice n9 response. I looked at my phone he dropped the call & removed himself from the computer.I thought it was a bad connection so I waited for him to call me back. He never did. After a little time went by I called to see what went wrong & to finish the call but the # was disconnected!Ok now im confused?Hours have gone by no call! I think its safe to say he left me high & dryPLEASE DONT USE THIS SERVICEI dont want anyone to go through what I went through todayWith all that us going on in the world nobody should have to deal with this alsoBe safe & careful

My PC suddenly died in the morning and I couldnt figure out whats wrong with it. Brought it to Micro Center and they offered me just to start replacing parts one after one. 7 hours and 6 trips back-and-forth later the problem wasnt solved. After that I brought it to 5 different computer repairs and the only answer I was given was we dont know whats going on, leave it for 2 days with a deposit and we will try to figure it out.Came back home frustrated and started googling people who can help - found Nexus IT Props. Dan helped me REMOTELY and gave me a step by step instructions what to do and how to eliminate the problem. I am beyond impressed and now the PC works! The problem was in the case (grounding) and nobody in services even mentioned the case offering me to replace motherboard, RAM, CPU etc.Do I need to tell how much money and time I would have saved if I called Dan in a first place? And that is all done remotely, extremely friendly (even though I understand how difficult it is to talk to a person who describes the situation as it stopped working idk what I clicked).Before even going anywhere - call with guy.
