I very much recommend this company. All the ladies are lovely and friendly. And they are willing to clean your own way which makes the entire process pleasant. I point out what I’d like special attention to that day and it gets done. Extremely trustworthy. I have no worries about leaving cash or my jewelry out anywhere. Highly recommend them!😌

Used JJL recently and was very impressed by their work. The owner Lia was flexible in the scheduling of the service, was very pleasant and courteous, and the price of the service was quite reasonable. The crew came on schedule, performed a deep clean and send photos of their work before and after the service. Overall, they did a great job. I was quite satisfied by their work and have no reservation in recommending them to others.

Pleasure to use, since first contact. We enlisted this company’s services for an interior deep cleaning and exterior pressure washing. Every request I made was met with 0 resistance. I recommend this company without hesitation.

I had this company in specifically to do the inside of my appliances and when I went to use my oven clearly the oven cleaning spray was not wiped clean and the fumes were burning off in the air and the oven was left with a thick residue. This company is extremely unprofessional and left me to have to clean after paying have their company provide this service. The girl did take pictures when she was finished however, she put back the baking rack which obstructed the view of seeing that the residue from the oven cleaner was still there. She sent me a couple of her pictures however if you zoom in on hers you can clearly see the residue. Instead of sending somebody back for 15 minutes just to wipe it out, she opted to be extremely unprofessional and tell me she would not send anyone back at all. Mind you I had used the service the week before and I gave the girl a $20 tip even though she did not get to the oven or frog as originally agreed. The second cleaning which was to only encompass the oven inside and out, the refrigerator inside and out, and both bathrooms. Again, this was after I was told it would be done at the first cleaning and I was being charged extra for it, they failed to complete the agreed-upon tasks for the agreed-upon price. As if I would re-spray my oven after it was just cleaned? Additionally, I never asked back for one penny, just for them to come takeoff the residue and complete the job I paid for so I could cook in my oven. 100% dissatisfied. Use any other cleaning service, but not this one!!

They just left my place. Amazing services. Amazing customer service. Amazing girls. They folded all my clothes. Terrific and I highly recommend them.

I have been using their services for more than 5 years and always felt like I have to work and teach the girls how to work properly. They try to work around the surface areas and always complain about how hard they work and how poor they are being paid for cleaning. Each week they will send you a different girl, and you will find yourself explaining everything that needs to be done all over again . They will put you on the schedule and notify you that they have to cancel an hour before your appointment.Do yourself a favor and find a different, professional cleaner company to work with. Also they are supper expensive!

I am extremely happy with their service. They do thorough cleaning, move things and have a great attitude. What can I say they’re great. They check to confirm cleaning every week and make sure that everything went well after each clinic. I am extremely happy with the service.

Ask for Isabella - she is the BEST. She gets to know your home so well that she can come in like a fairy godmother and turn chaos into peace. She washes all the dishes by hand, she turns over the laundry, makes the bed and tablecloth, shakes out your rugs, washes the cabinets… But she can also go to town on big messes: Im a cook, and my stovetop is always a greasy, crusted-on mess. But thats no problem for Isabella! Shes an absolute miracle worker.When you walk in after Isabella was there, she has made your home feel like home. Warm, clean, fragrant, tidy. Im bumping my service up to every week because there is nothing more comforting than walking into a clean and beautiful home.

Hired JJ Cleaning to do a small unit, deep clean. I asked her what a “deep” cleaning involved she said fans, baseboards, slide doors, windows from inside, blinds, vacuum, mopping, dusting, bathrooms..Everything was her response. When I got to the unit it was dark and raining..looked ok, however went the next day and there was a lot not done that was supposed to be. I text her letting her know I was disappointed, dust on refrig, grease on stove, cabinets not wiped down, spider webs not removed, baseboards filthy. Her response was “we did our best”. Didn’t offer to come back, will NEVER use them again or refer this company.
