Not only were the floors professionally cleaned, but the grout cleaned and color sealed. The color of the seal was a perfect match, which made the entire floor look brand new. There may be less expensive floor cleaning companies, but 3N1 Services provided added value in their workmanship, taking the added time required. Would highly recommend them. The work was done fast (same day for a 3/2 house!), the tiles and grout were sparkling (something I doubted could be cleaned, considering how black they were over years), and the pricing was below what I had imagined. I wanted to make my master bathroom look new again. My floor and shower are 2x2 marble squares which is a lot of grout lines and 3N1did a fantastic job to look new again. They also polished and sealed my marble walls. The whole feel when I walk in just makes me feel happy again. My partner did not believe it was worth the money but he has changed his mind now!

Gerald came a couple days after I called him to give me an estimate on restoring our travertine floor, which had never been shiny and I think was installed by the prior homeowner. He told me what the process of the job would include, and he did a sample on one of the tiles to give me an idea what the floor would look like when they finished (super shiny).Gerald and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning, sealing, and polishing our travertine floors and even fixed a lot of the imperfections in it (by smoothing/grinding it out). It took a lot more time and work than we thought it would but he honored the price we agreed on originally. The end product is beautiful, the tiles look brand new! Gerald showed me how to correctly clean and polish moving forward to keep the floor looking good. My wife and I are super happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work done in their own homes.

Gerald and his team came to my house and were very professional, they wore masks the whole time and keep the job quick and not loud (I mentioned to him I was working from home and couldn’t have a lot of noise). 3N1 came to my home to look at mile tile-1200 sq. ft. The tile is 20 years old needed sprucing up. I do steam the floors to keep them clean, but after 20 years, and a previous owner of home, the grout became dirty and in the walk traffic patters black. The grout was originally a light beige. Gerald, came in and did a meaner of area and then a demo--of Tile and Grout cleaning on one of the 18x18 tiles! It was amazing--the tile was much cleaner with the imbedded dirt removed and the grout was clean to perfection--no longer black. 3N1 team moved my heavy furniture, and put back in place too. They were careful of all my possessions and did a GREAT job. Highly recommend them.
