John did an excellent job providing quality & service. Took very careful special attention to detail. He was very skilled & professional, what I enjoyed most was his confidence & his clear vision when cutting hair. I did not have to instruct or recommend or advise what I needed cut or wanted. I had a lot of hair like way way way too much & John dealt with it like a true champ.

All in all, a good experience and a very good haircut from Giselle. There seems to be some confusion whether people who made prior appointments can go ahead of people who are waiting without an appointment? Tuesdays are a good deal. Recommended.

Upon arrival both stylists were busy. The male stylist pointed to the bench and said something. His voice was distorted from the mask and twice he repeated himself while facing the back of the store. I couldn’t understand but was too shy to ask another time. So, I figured I’d offer to check in on the app as not to “disturb” him any further. I also advised them we’d wait outside. Another patron was outside and commented that she was skipped for no reason. After 10 mins we returned to see the status. The male stylist made eye contact with me when I entered and shrugged his shoulders as he was with another patron! When I asked, what happened, he answered with exasperation “we can’t wait for you”; I explained that I had already checked in on the app. Nothing. I asked what’s the purpose of the app? Nothing. I added the info from the other patron still waiting outside who was also skipped. I asked if that’s the policy of the store; to skip people and not manage appts. They both had nothing to say. The male was so rude and impatient, he should not be in customer services.

Both ladies are wonderful. Giselle and Gio are very friendly and do a great job. I have used both of them.

Absolutely love this place.. Second time here and every stylist so far has been very informative on maintaining your hair looking healthy with minimal split endage between cuts...

I go to this salon regularly and have always gotten a good haircut but the most recent by John was the best! You wont be disappointed whether he cuts your hair or one of the other stylists does.

Took 3 year old in was told no appointment needed. Was told we were next, but took 3 people ahead of us with no explanation! Dont waste your time when theres so many other options close by with better customer service!

I was able to visit to this establishment for the first time today. Incredibly professional and cordial, even more impressive in the throes of our phased in Covid world. Made an appointment. Entered with minimal delay. Establishment adhering to social distancing, allowing only three patrons in at a time, donning masks and doing incredible work at a wildly reasonable price. All the staff (Elizabeth cut my mane) were so pleasant and engaging and clearly happy to be back. Couldn’t give them a high enough review! It was a beautiful experience. Supercuts, Supergood!

Pamela is amazing. Great customer service, and great people skills. She did a fabulous job with my haircut. I would definitely return to have her do my hair if I didnt live out of town I was that impressed.

Waited in the waiting area for 20 mins and was never acknowledged. I was the only person waiting and there was only one customer and three staff in the store. One staff was texting on her phone while there other worked around the shop clearly not wanting to provide service. I left after 20 mins as this business clearly does not need my patronage.

I’ll have too edit this post (when I grab my wallet to obtain stylist name). Once I walked in the stylist were very warm and welcoming, into a clean and organized salon. My stylist gave me prob my top favorite haircut ever! She was professional but also friendly and outgoing. I’ve went to a few of these chains however I really recommend this location! Thank you ladies!

Awesome haircut people were very friendly there was only two employees in the building and I was the only customer The doors are locked you have to call and make a reservation or you can well what I did was I just showed up and then I called them and asked them if they had time to cut my hair and they had no one else in in the Supercuts so they let me in and then they lock the door behind me so theyre definitely taking lots of precautions and you know required to wear a mask every employee wheres the mask but there was only two employees there seems very safe to get your haircut there

Pamela has been my stylist for the last 6 months. I absolutely love her and how she does my hair. It’s been a long time since I can say that I love my hair. She is so wonderful at color and the cut is perfect every time.

No visibility on waiting time, employees wear a mask but dont care to have 2 people waiting seated really close.

I happened to stop by this Supercuts when my stylist was out of town. Pamela did my hair and I am hooked. She did a fabulous job on my hair and was fully educated on my haircare needs. I won’t be returning to my old stylist, she is Awesome! Thanks Pamela

Made an appointment for 7pm on Tuesday October 1st.I arrive early by about ten minutes.Then I am informed by one of the only TWO people working at the location that I would have to wait a while.I won’t get to detailed but I’m glad I didn’t get my haircut there.One “stylist” was probably I mistook for my grandmother.Nah probably don’t trust anyone there with a halfway decent fade.

Her hair maybe bubblegum pink or blue, but I can assure you, youll love your haircut and listening to her wonderful accent. Im 65 and when she calls me baby boy I smile and think of my Mom (long gone but still with me)

Ive been going to this Super Cuts in Deerfield Beach for over 12 years. The girls and women that style there are some of the best, for the price. They have gone through many different managers and most are fine.They have for the past 2 years, had an Afro American woman manager who seems to dislike whites. This hasnt just been witnessed by only me but most of my friends who go there.Today, when I arrived she was cutting a persons hair. I requested her to style me because the 2 guys in front of me had requested the only other stylist Rose. So when it was my turn, she suddenly had to do office/paperwork etc. she walked back and forth from register to the office over 10 times never acknowledging me, knowing I had requested her to cut me. After 25 minutes I just left. I will go back because its not the others girls fault they have a racist manager!!

I will never be going back to this place. I guess they only do old white men hair (who really dont have much hair). After waiting 15 mins as the lady finished the customer before me, I was inform that they dont do the haircuts from the website and that I should go to the barber shop down the street. Me and my curly red afro had to go elsewhere. This place should be shut down for not having people who can do all kinds of hair.
